Welcome to Pokemon 1999's Base Fossil Point Buy League! Base-Fossil Point Buy is a format designed by the players of the server with a point list where everyone votes for the evolution of the format. We host month long leagues for Base-Fossil, Pokemon TCG GBC (Switch), and other 1999-2000 WOTC era formats (and some fun custom formats!) Participation is always free! Matches are played over webcam and proxies are allowed. Each round is typically a week long to allow flexible scheduling with opponents.
