Registration opens at: Friday, November 15, 2024, at 3pm UTC / 10am EST

Rules:

This tournament will be played in a Swiss format for 5 rounds, into a Single Elimination Bracket of the top 8 players. Each round will be played in a Best-of-Three (BO3).

  • Banned Cards: This tournament is played in the Singleton format. You are only allowed to play a single copy of each card. A unique card is defined by its name, so you are not allowed to play two cards with the same name (for example, you're not allowed to play Mankey from both the base set and the promo set, or Pikachu ex in both base rarity and 2* rarity), but you can play both an ex and non-ex version of the same Pokémon (e.g., Wigglytuff and Wigglytuff ex).

  • Capacity: The tournament has a capacity of 256 players. If full, don’t worry, some may not show. Waitlisted players can take their place but must still check-in and submit a decklist in time.

  • Decklist Submission: Please submit your decklist here via Limitless. Players who do not submit their list before the tournament starts will be dropped automatically.

  • Check-in policy: You must check-in for each match within 5 minutes. Failing to do so will result in an automatic match loss. If you do not check-in after another 5 minutes, you will receive a second match loss.

  • Incorrect deck: If you've chosen the wrong deck at the beginning of a match, do not start to play and restart immediately. Pressing "start play" results in an immediate match loss. Starting from the second offense, a match loss will be assigned each time.

  • Bugs and Glitches: If you encounter issues like game freezing, internet problems, or crashes, it will result in a match loss for the affected player, unless the game can be continued. If the issue occurs at the start or a player can't load in, the match may restart once. If it happens again the affected player will receive a match loss.

  • Completed matches: After completing your matches, please remember to submit the results. Be sure to keep screenshots of each round in case any disputes arise.

  • Bad manners and Inappropriate behavior: Players displaying bad manners toward others or staff will receive an immediate game loss. Continued misconduct may lead to disqualification, while further offenses could result in a season-long ban. Bad manners include insults, toxicity, bullying, and harassment.

  • Streaming: Players are welcome to stream and record their matches on any platform. However, those found guilty of stream sniping or using their opponent's stream for an unfair advantage will face immediate disqualification.

  • Request a Judge: If you encounter any issues with Limitless, the game or your opponent, please use the "Request a Judge" feature within Limitless. A judge will join your chat and help you with your problem.
