If you qualify:

Check in via your dashboard (opens 48 hours before the start of the event).
Registration, decklist submission, and check in are all due by the tournament's published start time.
DECK RULES
Players will use a different deck for each game within a Best-of-3 match.
- Deck A will be used in Game 1.
- Deck B will be used in Game 2.
- Deck C will be used in Game 3.
Every decklist must always meet these minimum standards:
- Your deck must contain at least 8 Pokémon.
- Every Pokémon in your deck must be able to be put into play.
Read below for the complete deck building requirements.
First, review the Pokémon ex rules for each deck.
DECK A is "NOEX": your deck must NOT contain any Pokémon ex.
DECK B is "EX-clusive": your deck must contain ONLY Pokémon ex (and any prior stages of evolution for the Pokémon ex in your deck).
DECK C is "Flexible": there are no restrictions or requirements related to the use of Pokémon ex.
The Pokémon ex rules above apply only to the Pokémon in your deck; they have no impact on Trainer cards.
Next, you'll pair each of your decks with a "Set Block".
Set Block Rules determine which card pool you may use for each of your decks.
You must assign each of your 3 decks a different Set Block.
A1 Block: All cards in your deck must come from Genetic Apex (A1) and/or Mythical Island (A1a).
A2 Block: All cards in your deck must come from Space-Time Smackdown (A2), Triumphant Light (A2a) and/or Shining Revelry (A2b).
A3 Block: All cards in your deck must come from Celestial Guardians (A3), Extradimensional Crisis (A3a) and/or Eevee Grove (A3b).
Important notes:
- Reprints are always considered to be from the set in which the original print debuted. (A reprint is any card with the exact same name & function as a previously existing card; a common example would be Shiny Pokémon.)
- "Promo-A" Trainer cards are considered available to be used for all set blocks.
Finally, you'll pair each of your decks with a "Custom" Rule.
Custom Rules are inspired by the general themes of past league events.
You must assign each of your 3 decks a different Custom Rule from the options below.
Gym Showdown: Choose a Supporter card that names a specific Pokémon in its effect text. Your deck must include 2 copies of that Supporter and 2 copies of the named Pokémon. (If there are multiple named Pokémon, you may choose one.)
Heavyweight Rumble: The combined Retreat Cost of all Pokémon in your deck must be at least 20.
Pure Energy: All Pokémon in your deck must have an attack with no colorless energy cost.
Singleton: Your deck must contain exactly 1 copy of each card name. (This rule applies to Pokémon & Trainers.)
Sniper Duel: At least 6 Pokémon in your deck must have an attack that is able to damage the opponent's Benched Pokémon.
Each deck must adhere to its assigned Pokémon ex Rule and your chosen Set Block & Custom Rules!
It's up to each player to determine which combination of rulesets they wish to use to construct their decks.
Once the event begins, all decklists become public knowledge and may not be changed.
STRUCTURE
Swiss System: You will be paired with a new opponent each round and your goal is to earn as many wins/points as possible.
- A match win is worth 1 point.
- A match loss or draw is worth 0 pts.
Top Cut: At the end of the Swiss period, the top players will advance to a single-elimination bracket.
Best-of-3: All matches in this tournament are best-of-three games. This means you will play up to three games against each opponent; the first player to win two games is declared the match winner.
3-Day Rounds | 24-Hour Check-In Period
Once a new round is paired all players will have 3 DAYS to complete the match with their opponent.
You must CHECK IN within the first 24 hours of each round. Go to your dashboard and click the check in button. If you fail to check in on time, you will automatically receive the match loss.
You must CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT ON DISCORD within the first 24 hours of each round. There will be a player directory provided for each event in the #organizer-updates channel so that you can easily find your opponent’s Discord name. If you fail to make contact on time or are not communicating with your opponent in a productive manner, you may receive the match loss.
TOURNAMENT POLICIES
Proof of Match Result: It is recommended that players take a screenshot of the victory screen for each game. You should keep these until the end of the tournament in case there is a dispute. In addition, Players should take screenshots of the game board and/or Battle Log if they believe their opponent has broken the gameplay rules.
Incomplete Matches: At the end of a scheduled round, the organizer will assess any situations where a match was not completed. If one player was primarily responsible for the match not being completed (examples: lack of reasonable communication, insufficient availability, not being present at an agreed upon time, leaving in the middle of a best-of-3 set), the organizer is permitted to give their opponent the victory. Extensions may be granted under certain circumstances, but players should generally expect match deadlines to be enforced.
Connectivity Issues: It is our policy that each game that is started should count toward the match outcome. A game officially starts at the coin flip. If a player’s game becomes unresponsive due to internet or app issues, that player should accept the game loss. If players get an error during the initial match connection (before the coin flip), that game is not considered to have been started and you should try again with no impact to the match results.
Illegal Decklist: If a player submits a deck that does not comply with the rules, they will take a loss-by-default for all games played in that format. There are no changes to decklists once the event has started.
Game Loss due to Incorrect Deck: If the player is using the wrong deck, they should take the loss for that single game and then complete the remainder of the best-of-3 match using the correct deck(s).
Tie Games: When a game ends in a tie, the player who had more points gets credit for the win. If both players had the same number of points, replay that game.
Dropping from the Event: If you no longer wish to be paired in future rounds, please go to your dashboard and click the red "Drop"button.
Dropped after Missed Check In: In order to have as many active pairings as possible each round, players who miss check in should expect to be dropped. If you miss a check in by mistake but intend to continue playing in the event, please Request a Judge or contact the organizer on Discord and let us know you would like to be paired in future rounds.
Player Autonomy: Each player is expected to use their own Pocket account to play (it should match the "in-game name" from your registration) and their own Discord account to communicate. Account sharing and/or the use of multiple accounts are prohibited.
Family Friendly Community: We welcome players of all ages. You are expected to conduct yourself appropriately and keep discussions polite. Inappropriate content in the form of usernames, language used in chat, or in any other context is subject to removal from the event.
Staff Rulings: Any tournament staff for our league's events may take actions and make rulings consistent with the spirit of the game and in the best interest of fair play.
Need Help?: If you have any questions or concerns during the event, use the "Request a Judge" button here on Limitless or get in touch with @Tournament Staff on Discord. Since this is a flexible schedule event, please allow a few hours for a response.
