📅 Tournament Schedule

• DAY 1: Starts Saturday at 12:00 PM EST. Exactly 5 Swiss Rounds, Best of 3 Games.
• DAY 2: Starts Sunday at 12:00 PM EST. Hard-Locked Top 8 Single Elimination Bracket, Best of 3 Games.

🎙️ Caster Stream Schedule & Info

Feature streams have a significant delay to provide a "sanctioned" experience. Make sure you wait for a caster/judge's instruction to play before starting a round!

The Team Sheet submitted is your DECLARATION of what specific Pokémon, Held Items, Abilities, and Moves you will use for the ENTIRE tournament (Day 1 & 2). Lists will be made public and recorded as data for the metagame.

• Team list changes can ONLY be submitted BEFORE the tournament starts.
• You are not allowed to alter your team, movesets, items, or abilities after the tournament has started.

⚠️ Team Sheet Penalties

• Call a judge if you notice your opponent using a Pokémon, Move, Item, or Ability that does not match their registered Team Sheet.
• GAME LOSS: Bringing a Pokémon into a match that is NOT on your submitted Team Sheet will result in an automatic Game Loss.
• Continued or severe Team Sheet discrepancies will result in being dropped from the tournament.

❌ Incorrect Match Reports

Get in the habit of taking photos of your victory screens, including the opponent's name. If both players cannot provide sufficient evidence to settle a match report dispute, the match will be marked as a double game loss.

🤝 Ties

• Day 1 Intentional Ties: If both players are in contention for top cut, a judge may approve a match tie. You have no obligation to play remaining rounds if already eligible for top cut.
• Day 2 Inconclusive Bracket Matches: A GAME TIE is considered as both players receiving a GAME WIN. If game 1 ties, winner of game 2 wins match. If game 2 ties, winner of game 1 wins match. If the MATCH is inconclusive after game 2, an additional game may be played.

📶 Connection Issues & External Factors

• If a disconnect happens during the game, the player with the Victory Screen will be awarded the game win.
• Personal responsibilities, weather conditions, poor schedule priorities will not be admissible as a reason to hold up the tournament. No extra time will be granted as 60 minutes is the hard cap.

🚫 Player Conduct

We DO NOT tolerate toxic behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, and rule sharking. Bad behavior will receive simple warnings, escalated/repeated behaviors will result in severe punishments such as being dropped or banned from the community.

This event features a hard-locked Top 8 cut following exactly 5 Swiss Rounds. Expanded scaling brackets remain TBA for future events.
