Tournament Structure

This event will use a Single Elimination Bracket.

• Format: Single Elimination
• Match Format: Best of Three (BO3)
• Round Time: 1 hour per round
• Player Cap: 16 Players

Rules & Format

• Format: GD01–GD05 + ST01–ST14
• Side Decks: Allowed (10 cards)
• Restriction/Banlist: Follow the official Gundam Card Game restriction and ban lists
• Platform: Webcam
• Server: MOKI TOYS SHOP Official Discord

Please make sure you are in the MOKI TOYS SHOP Discord Server. Do not forget to agree to the server rules to gain full access.

How to Join

1. Confirm that you have the Ace Pilot tag or have received a special invitation.
2. Obtain your unique Battle of the Aces Entry Code from MOKI TOYS SHOP.
3. Use the provided entry code to register for the tournament.
4. Submit your decklist and side decklist before the tournament starts.
5. Check in before the tournament begins.

Entry codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the player they were issued to.

Tournament Flow

1. Players will be placed into the Single Elimination bracket.
2. Once the round begins, players will contact their assigned opponent through the MOKI TOYS SHOP Discord server.
3. Set up your webcam and prepare your physical play area.
4. Play the Best-of-Three match within the allotted 1 hour per round.
5. Players may use their registered Side Deck between games as permitted by the tournament rules.
6. Report the match result.
7. Winners advance to the next round of the bracket.

Because this is a Single Elimination tournament, a player who loses their match is eliminated from the tournament.

Additional Tournament Rules

• Players are responsible for being ready and present at the start of their assigned round.
• Players must maintain a clear and visible webcam view of their play area throughout the match.
• Players must use a physical Gundam Card Game deck and follow the official Gundam Card Game rules.
• Players must not modify their Main Deck or Side Deck during an ongoing match.
• All players are expected to maintain a fair, respectful, and competitive environment.
• Any suspected cheating, intentional slow play, outside assistance, or other tournament misconduct should be immediately reported to tournament staff.
• Technical issues such as internet connection problems, webcam failure, device failure, or other issues affecting a player's ability to continue the match may result to game loss.
• Failure to comply with tournament rules or instructions may result in a Game Loss, Match Loss, or disqualification depending on the severity of the violation.
