Hello, and welcome to the Misplay Mafia Popup tournament! These occasional popup tournaments are meant to be laid-back experiences for new and experienced players alike.

General Tournament Information

Tournaments will be open decklist. If any discrepancy between an opponent's decklist and their actual deck in Live is discovered, please document the discrepancy via a screenshot and call a judge. Any difference in a decklist and an actual deck will result in a player being dropped from the tournament.

Round Information

There will be a total of SIX (6) best-of-one (BO1) Swiss round matches for this tournament. Swiss Round BO1 matches are 30 minutes long, with 5 minutes for Check-In per round.

When time is called during Swiss Rounds, the game will be deemed a tie. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

If you believe an opponent is slow playing, please record some form of proof, request a judge within Limitless, and join the Discord so that the judge may request proof. Understand that proving slow play is extremely difficult, if not impossible, especially in an online format such as this (where Live freezing only multiplies the difficulty).

Issues With Live

If there is any issue with Live, the game loss will be given to the player experiencing the issue. This includes game freezes, being unable to add the opponent, or similar issues. If a game error occurs during setup, please provide PROOF, and we will allow the game to be reset. Otherwise, we will award the game loss to the player experiencing the issue.

Need a Judge?

If judges are needed, please use the "Call Judge" button, and one will enter the match to assist. Please screenshot your win screens in case of a reporting discrepancy. Please be sure to have a Discord account and the account linked to your Limitless account in case further elevation is required.

Please use English only when communicating with judges; services such as Google Translate (https://translate.google.com) are excellent tools to assist in translation.

Tournament Format

The tournament format will be TEF - PBL. This is the format that will be legal for the Baltimore Regional. If you discover an opponent using a card that is not legal, please document it with a screenshot and call a judge, as they will be removed from the tournament.
