🦅 London Corviknights VGC Weekly Tournament

Welcome to the age of Pokémon Champions! The London Corviknights VGC are excited to bring you a new weekly Best-of-3 tournament, designed to give players the perfect opportunity to get competitive practice in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Whether you're preparing for your next Regional, testing out a brand-new team, sharpening your skills, or simply looking to meet and play against new people, everyone is welcome!

🏆 Tournament Format

• Game: Pokémon Champions
• Format: Regulation M-B
• Match Format: Best of 3 (First to 2 wins)
• Team Sheets: Open Team Sheets
• Rounds: 5 -7 Swiss Rounds
• Top Cut: No Top Cut
• Player Cap: 64 players

Due to time constraints, tournaments will initially be Swiss rounds only. Depending on player numbers and feedback, the format may be revised for future events.

⏱️ Check-In

There will be a 10-minute check-in period before the tournament begins.

If you do not check in within the allocated time, you will automatically lose your match.

📋 Team Sheet Rules

All players must submit an accurate Open Team Sheet.

Any errors found in your team sheet must be corrected before the start of the following round.

If your team sheet contains an error, you will receive a Game Loss for the affected game.

📺 Live Stream (Subject to Availability)

Each round, one match will be randomly selected to be streamed live on Twitch!

IronMac will jump into a random match each round and spectate the action.

You never know when your battle might end up on stream! 👀

🤝 Community Rules

Remember, this tournament is primarily about practice, improvement, and having fun.

We expect all players to treat fellow competitors and tournament admins with respect.

Any foul, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour or language directed towards admins or other players may result in an immediate drop from the tournament.

Let's keep the tournament competitive, friendly, and welcoming for everyone.

👥 Player Capacity

The tournament is capped at 64 players.

Once the tournament reaches capacity, additional sign-ups will be placed on a waiting list. Players on the waiting list will be added if a spot becomes available due to cancellations or dropouts.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Remember to Drop!

If you are leaving the tournament before it has finished, please remember to officially drop from the tournament.

This helps keep the standings accurate and prevents unnecessary pairings against players who are no longer participating.
