- Automatic Game Loss: If a player fails to check in within 5 minutes, Limitless will automatically award Game 1 to the opponent.
- Team Submission: Team sheets must be submitted on Limitless before the registration deadline.
- Exact Match Requirement: The team locked in your device MUST EXACTLY MATCH the team sheet submitted on Limitless (Moves, Abilities, Held Items, Tera Types, and Stats/EV spreads where applicable).
- Discrepancy Penalty: Any mismatch between the in-game team and the submitted sheet will result in an immediate Game Loss for the affected game upon staff verification.
- Reconnection Failure: If a player disconnects due to their own internet failure, that game is awarded to the opponent unless both players agree to replay the game.
- Game Decision: If the game error cannot clearly determine who disconnected, staff will review the match state (if photos/stream video exists) or order a full rematch of that specific game using the exact same lead Pokémon.
- If your device or game crashes, notify staff immediately via the Limitless Judge Call button.
- Toxic behavior, trash talk, hate speech, or harassment in Discord, Limitless chat, or social media will result in an immediate disqualification (DQ) and a potential ban from the entire VFCL season.
- Respect all opponents, commentators, and tournament staff at all times.
- Cloned/Hacked Pokémon: Any player caught using illegal movesets, unobtainable abilities, or illegitimate Pokémon will be permanently banned.
- Ghosting: Receiving advice, spectator guidance, or stream assistance during an active tournament match is strictly prohibited.
