📋 DECK REGISTRATION — LOCK YOUR LOADOUT • Decklists lock the moment the tournament starts • Edit freely up until then • Once locked, your list (energy included) is what you play — no swaps • 🎴 Alternate art of the same card = totally fine • ❌ Functionally different cards or wrong energy = Incorrect Decklist Decklist violations: • Call a judge if your opponent's deck doesn't match their list • Wrong deck in Game 1: reveal the card, restart with the correct deck • Further errors after that = Game Loss

⚔️ MATCH FORMAT Swiss Rounds • Paired by record • Best-of-1, 25-minute pacing window • Next round starts once all matches’ finish Single Elimination Top Cut • Advance straight from Swiss • Untimed Best-of-3 • One loss = you're out • Top 4: hang tight for staff instructions ⏱️ No-shows lose a game for every 5 minutes late.

⚖️ JUDGES & RULINGS • Call judges through Limitless first for match issues • Late/missing results need screenshot proof • Judges may consult each other on tricky calls • General concerns can be raised with a judge post-match • ALL DECISIONS JUDGES TAKING WILL BE BINDING Match report disputes: • Screenshot your victory screens • No proof from either side = Double Game Loss for both

🔄 TIE RESOLUTION Top Cut: • Game tie = both players get a Game Win • Tie in Game 1 → Game 2 decides it • Tie in Game 2 after a Game 1 win → Game 1 winner takes the match • Tie in Game 3 at 1–1 → Match Tie Swiss Rounds: • Extra game(s) played until there's a winner or time runs out. Connection issues / Turn 0: • Outside factors (ISP, hardware, weather) aren't on staff • Game didn't start? Restart allowed • Mid-game disconnect? Whoever holds the Victory Screen wins
