Prepare for intense Double Battles where each trainer brings a team and commands two Pokémon on the field at the same time. Success will depend on strategy, positioning, synergy, and smart decision-making.

🗂️ Team Submission

• Open Team Sheets will be used for this tournament.
• Players must use the exact Pokémon, moves, held items, abilities, and other team details submitted on their team sheet throughout the - event.
• If you discover an error on your team sheet, you must inform your opponent before Game 1 begins through the tournament chat.
• Failure to disclose incorrect team information may result in a Game Loss for each affected game, at the judges' discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their submitted team is accurate before the tournament begins.

🕓 Tournament Check-In

• Tournament check-in opens before the event starts.
• Players who fail to check in before the deadline may be removed from the tournament or receive a first-round loss, depending on the tournament format.

🔁 Round Check-In

• Each round begins with a 5-minute check-in period.
• Contact your opponent as soon as pairings are posted.
• If your opponent has not responded after 5 minutes, notify a Tournament Judge.
• Players who are 10 minutes late without notifying a judge may receive a Match Loss.

🎴 Swiss Rounds

• Swiss Rounds are played in Best-of-3 (BO3) format.
• Players must remain in the HADRØN ENGINE Official Discord server throughout the tournament.
• Tournament staff may request a Battle Spectator Code at any time for verification or stream coverage.

🏆 Top Cut

• Top Cut matches are Best-of-3 (BO3).
• Spectator Codes are mandatory if requested by tournament staff for officiating or livestream purposes.

👑 Grand Finals

• Grand Finals are played in a Best-of-3 (BO3) format.
• Spectator Codes are mandatory for official coverage.

⏳ Ties & Time Limit

• If a game ends in a draw during a BO3 match, that game will be replayed.
• Any unusual situations will be reviewed by Tournament Judges, whose decisions are final.

💻 Connection Issues

• If a battle fails to load properly, both players should restart the match.
• If a player disconnects during a battle, the player awarded the in-game Victory Screen will receive the win.
• Players experiencing connection issues should immediately notify a Tournament Judge and provide screenshots whenever possible.

⚖️ Sportsmanship

• Be respectful toward opponents, staff, and spectators.
• Harassment, cheating, stream sniping, exploiting bugs, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
• Tournament Judges reserve the right to issue warnings, game losses, match losses, or disqualifications depending on the severity of the offense.
• All judge decisions are final.
