🏆 Pokepal Smackdown Tournament

Welcome to the Pokepal Smackdown, a weekly competitive Pokémon tournament built to help players improve, test teams, and prepare for larger events. Whether you're brand new to competitive play or a seasoned tournament veteran, everyone is welcome!

📋 Tournament Format

• Best-of-3 Matches
• Open Team Sheets
• Current official competitive ruleset
• Swiss rounds followed by a Top Cut (when attendance allows)

Please ensure your team follows the current legal ruleset. Players using illegal Pokémon, moves, abilities, or items will be disqualified.

📝 Team Sheet Policy

Accuracy matters.

• If a player has an error on their team sheet, they will receive a Game Loss.
• If the error is reported to a judge before the round begins, there will be no penalty, and the team sheet can be corrected.

⏱️ Delay Policy

To keep the tournament running smoothly, judges may issue penalties or force a player to drop a game or match if they are unreasonably delaying the event.

🤝 Conduct Policy

Pokepal Smackdown exists to create a fun, welcoming environment where players can learn and improve.

Harassment, poor sportsmanship, or behavior that negatively impacts another player's experience will not be tolerated. Judges may issue warnings or remove players from the tournament depending on the severity of the offense.
