Deckbuilding Rules

• All Pokémon must have a card that affects them personally or another.
• Ex: unknown, tatsugiri and dondozo, lake trio, latios and latios, Durant/passimian and themselves, araquanid and Lana, and multiple others.
• Mega and ex Pokémon are banned.
• The only allowed trainer cards are the promo trainers and trainers that pair with a Pokémon.
• When using a Pokemon/trainer the paired card must also be present.
• Ex: If you want to use dondozo in your deck you must also have at least one tatsugiri in your deck.

• Banned cards include: Both electric magnezones, Rolling Frenzy Miltank, Three Kick Combo Tsareena, Type: Null and Silvally, Thunderbolt Heliolisk, Ultra Beasts, and Future/Ancient Paradox Pokémon.

Tournament Rules

• Players have 72 hours from the start of each round to complete their match. Discord will be used as the primary method of communication. The tournament will consist of 5 swiss rounds followed by an 8 player top cut. Matches will be held as a best of 3 battles. If a tie occurs, replay the match until a winner is decided.
