Team Submission 🗂️

Open team sheets will be used for this event with no exceptions. All players are required to use the exact Pokémon, moves, items, abilities listed on their submitted team sheet.

One mistake on your team sheet is acceptable only if you notify your opponent at the start of your Limitless chat. This disclosure must occur before gameplay begins.

If you play without informing your opponent of the error, or if any Pokémon or set is incorrect, you will receive a game loss for every game in which the incorrect information was used.

Please ensure your team sheet is accurate and that any issues are communicated immediately to avoid penalties.

Tournament Check-In 🕓

Check-in and Team submission open 10 hours before the tournament starts. Players who do not check in will be removed automatically, but may still register late (starting with a default loss). ⸻

Round Check-In 🔁

Each round includes a 5 minute check-in window. If your opponent does not appear within 5 minutes after both players have checked in, contact a judge. If you are chatting with your opponent and they haven’t checked in yet, please remind them politely. If they still do not check in, call a judge. 10 mins of delay from check in will cause a match loss. ⸻

Swiss Rounds 🎴

Sharing Spectator Code is Mandatory When Asked PLEASE BE ON DISCORD Swiss rounds will be played as Best-of-3 (BO3) with a 50-minute timer. Each round begins with a 5-minute check-in window before games start. ⸻

Top Cut 🏆

Top Cut matches are also BO3. All Top Cut matches require Code sharing for stream coverage. ⸻

Grand Finals

Grand Finals are played in a BO3 single elimination format. Spectator Codes are MANDATORY and will be featured on the channel. Ties & Timeout Situations ⏳

If the game ties in a BO1 then it is concluded in a tie and both players get 1 point. If a game ties in a BO3 then the game will be replayed If the BO1 concludes but the result isn’t submitted in time, contact a judge and provide a screenshot. Judges will resolve complex situations at their discretion. ⸻

Connection Issues & Game Errors 💻

If a game fails to load, simply restart it. • If a disconnect happens mid-game, the player who receives the Victory Screen is awarded the win. In such case, the player who disconnects must take responsibility. Take a screenshot and report it in the judge-request channel. ⸻
