🗂️ Team Submission & Check-In
- Team Submission: Open team sheets will be used with no exceptions. You are required to use the exact Pokémon, moves, items, abilities, and Tera Types listed. One mistake is acceptable only if you notify your opponent at the start of your Limitless chat before gameplay. Playing without informing your opponent of an error results in a game loss for every game the incorrect info was used.
*New Note: You can use "@ None" and it’ll work for Pokémon with no items. - Tournament Check-In: Check-in and team submission open 10 hours before the tournament starts. Players who do not check in will be removed automatically, but may register late (starting with a default loss).
- Round Check-In: Each round has a 5-minute check-in window. If your opponent doesn't appear 5 minutes after both have checked in, contact a judge. If chatting but not checked in, remind them politely, then call a judge. 10 minutes of delay from check-in will cause a match loss.

⚖️ Rules & Dispute Resolution (FAQ)
⏳ Ties & Timeout Situations
If the game ties in a BO1, it is concluded in a tie and both players get 1 point. If a game ties in a BO3, the game will be replayed. If the BO1 concludes but the result isn’t submitted in time, contact a judge and provide a screenshot. Judges will resolve complex situations at their discretion.
🤝 Intentional Tie Rules
You are ONLY allowed to tie (on purpose) in the very LAST round of the Swiss rounds in order to avoid abuse.
💻 Connection Issues & Game Errors
If a game fails to load, simply restart it. If a disconnect happens mid-game, the player who receives the Victory Screen is awarded the win. The player who disconnects must take responsibility. Take a screenshot and report it in the judge-request channel.
⚖️ Contacting Judges
Use the Limitless chat to request a judge at any time or Discord. Always take a timestamped screenshot of your Victory Screen as proof. If neither player has valid evidence during a dispute, the match will be ruled as a Double Game Loss (DGL).
🚫 Conduct & Penalties
Harassment, rule-breaking, cheating, or poor behavior will result in penalties or removal. Players must maintain respect toward opponents and judges at all times.
