Players are strongly encouraged to arrive early. Late arrivals may not be permitted once the tournament begins.

⚔️ Tournament Format
- Game: Pokémon Champions — Regulation M–A format (Mega Evolution included where applicable)
- Format: VGC Doubles
- Structure: 7 Rounds Swiss Best-of-Three (Bo3) + Top 8 Cut
📝 Team Sheets — IMPORTANT
Team sheet submission is a mandatory requirement for all participants. Please read the following carefully:
Online Submission (Closed Team Sheet)
- You must submit your Closed Team Sheet online before Round 1 via the Limitless team submission feature.
In-Person (Open Team Sheet)
- You must bring or fill out a physical Open Team Sheet on-site before Round 1.
- Physical team sheet forms will be available at the venue, but arriving early is strongly encouraged so you have time to complete one without rushing.
⚠️ Critical Team Sheet Rules
Failure to comply with any of the following may result in a game loss:
- All Pokémon with Mega Evolutions must be listed in their base (pre-Mega) form on the team sheet.
- All submitted stats must exactly match your in-game stats. Any discrepancy between your team sheet and your in-game Pokémon — including EVs, IVs, moves, ability, or nature — will result in a game loss.
