⚖️ Competitive Integrity
Kampfstube is built on fair and competitive play.
To maintain tournament integrity:
- 🎮 Every player must compete independently
- 🚫 Outside assistance of any kind is prohibited
- 🚫 Ghosting, coaching, account sharing, or receiving advice during a match is strictly forbidden
- ⚠️ Tournament staff may investigate and enforce penalties when necessary
Fair competition is essential to the spirit of the Crown Fight Tour.
🤝 Player Conduct
All participants are expected to treat their opponents with respect before, during, and after their matches.
Please remember:
- 👋 Greet your opponent before the match

📜 Tournament Rules
The following rules apply to all Crown Fight Tour events.
⚖️ For situations not explicitly covered below, official Play! Pokémon guidelines may be used as a reference.
Tournament staff reserve the right to make independent rulings when necessary to preserve fair play, tournament integrity, and smooth event operation.
📝 Rule 01 — Open Team Sheet (OTS)
- 📝 Accurate OTS submission is mandatory.
- ⏰ Team Sheets must be submitted before Round 1 begins.
- ❌ Failure to submit an OTS will result in an automatic tournament drop.
- 📋 The submitted OTS is considered binding.
- ✅ Your submitted OTS and your in-game team must match exactly.
OTS Errors
If an OTS error is discovered:
- ❌ The current game is awarded to your opponent.
- 🔧 The error must be corrected before the next game begins.
- ⚠️ Repeated or severe violations may result in additional penalties.
🎮 Rule 02 — Platform Restriction
- 🎮 All matches must be played on Pokémon Champions.
- 🚫 Pokémon Showdown is not permitted.
- 🚫 Players may not privately agree to use another platform.
- ❌ Matches played on an unauthorized platform will not be recognized.
📷 Rule 03 — Match Documentation
Players are responsible for maintaining evidence of their matches.
Required Situations
- 🚫 Match abandonments
- ⚠️ Technical issues
- 🔧 Glitches or game errors
- 📊 Result verification
📷 Screenshots should always be taken whenever an issue occurs.
🔌 Rule 04 — Disconnection Protocol
Temporary Connection Loss
- 🔄 Players may reconnect to an ongoing battle.
- 🤖 The game may automatically select actions while disconnected.
- ⏯️ Once reconnected, the player continues the battle normally.
Full Disconnect or Game Crash
- 📞 Contact a Judge immediately.
- ⚖️ Tournament staff will determine the appropriate resolution.
👁️ Rule 05 — No-Show Procedure
If your opponent fails to check in:
- ⏳ Allow the check-in timer to expire naturally.
- 🚫 Do not manually report wins during the final moments of the timer.
- 📞 Contact a Judge if the situation is unclear.
⏰ Rule 06 — Additional Time Requests
If a checked-in player requests additional time:
- ⏱️ After 5 minutes, the waiting player may claim the win.
- 🤝 The waiting player may also choose to continue waiting.
- 📞 Contact a Judge if assistance is required.
🚨 Result Manipulation
Intentionally reporting incorrect results to influence standings or tiebreakers is considered a severe tournament violation.
Examples include:
- Falsely reporting match outcomes
- Manipulating OPP% or OPP OPP%
- Exploiting no-show situations
Penalty
- 🔴 Match Loss
- 🚫 Repeated or severe offenses may result in Disqualification
⚖️ Rule 07 — Check-In Requirement
- ✅ Check-in is mandatory for every round.
- ❌ Failure to check in results in an automatic Set Loss.
- 🚫 Two consecutive missed check-ins may result in removal from the tournament.
Exception
If both players agree and tournament staff approve, a match may be restarted.
A score reset will only be considered if it is clear that the absent player was present before the check-in period expired.
🕒 Rule 08 — Match Responsibility & Delays
Players who check in are expected to begin and complete their matches without unnecessary delays.
If You Are Playing Another Tournament
- 📢 Inform your opponent immediately.
- 💬 Maintain clear and transparent communication.
Expected Conduct
- 💬 Communicate any delays promptly.
- 🏳️ Consider conceding the round if delays become excessive.
- 📞 Contact a Judge if your opponent becomes unresponsive.
Leaving an opponent without communication for an extended period may be treated as unsporting conduct.
🛜 Rule 09 — Remaining Pokémon Procedure
If a match cannot reasonably continue due to a crash, expired round timer, or similar issue, and a restart is not accepted, the following procedure may be used:
Decision Table

- 🏆 4–1 → Player with 4 Pokémon wins
- 🔄 3–3, 3–2 → Restart
- 🏆 3–1 → Player with 3 Pokémon wins
- 🔄 2–2, 2–1, 1–1 → Restart
Tournament staff may make alternative rulings if additional factors must be considered.
