The Crown Fight Tour is our weekly Pokémon VGC Best-of-3 tournament played under the current official VGC rules.

📅 Every Friday around 6:00–6:30 PM, a new tournament begins.

Throughout the season, trainers earn points for the overall standings.

At the end of the season, the top trainers qualify for the Coronation Championship — that’s where prizes are planned

    As you know, we aim to provide the best possible preparation — both in gameplay and team building — and give you the opportunity to test your teams in a serious competitive environment.

⚖️ Competitive Integrity

We take our tournaments and rules very seriously — that is what Kampfstube stands for. This includes:

• 🎮 Every player must compete independently
• 🚫 Any form of outside assistance (ghosting) is strictly prohibited and will be enforced

🤝 Player Conduct During Matches

You do not have to like each other

• BUT you are expected to interact respectfully for the duration of the match.
  • 💬 A simple “Hello” at the start is expected
  • 🏁 A “GG” at the end — win or lose — is standard competitive etiquette

These are basic standards even at Regional and International Championships

🔄 SWISS ROUNDS

• ▶️ Check-In Period:
  • ✅ 5 minutes (MANDATORY)
• ▶️ Next Round Starts When:

🏆 TOP CUT PHASE

📜 Basic Tour Rules

📢 The following Tour rules apply.

• For all rules not listed, the official TPCi guidelines serve as a guideline ⚖️
  • The TO reserves the right to make independent decisions → if necessary, to ensure fair play and smooth event operation

📝 RULE 01: TEAM SUBMISSION (OTS)

• 📝 OTS accuracy is MANDATORY.
• ⏰ Team sheets must be submitted before Round 1.
• ❌ No submission = Automatic Drop.
• ❗ The OTS paste is binding.
• 🔧 OTS Errors
  • If an OTS mistake is discovered → You lose the started match.
  • Before Game 2 → Fix the error immediately.
  • ✅ OTS and in-game team must match 100%.

🎮 RULE 02: PLATFORM RESTRICTION

• 🎮 Matches must be played on Pokémon Champions.
• 🚫 Pokémon Showdown is NOT allowed.
• 🤝 No private agreements to switch platforms.
• ❌ Violation = Match will not count.

📷 RULE 03: DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

• 📱 Screenshots are your responsibility.

• Required for:

  • 🚫 Game abandonments
  • ⚠️ Technical errors
  • 🔧 Glitches
  • 📊 Result verification

• 📷 ALWAYS take screenshots.

🔌 RULE 04: DISCONNECTION PROTOCOL (CHAMPIONS)

• 🔄 Mid-battle disconnections allow reconnection

  • ⏯️ The battle will continue automatically while disconnected
  • 🤖 Moves may be selected by the game during the disconnect
  • 🔁 Once reconnected → the player continues the battle normally.

• 🚨 Full Disconnect / Game Crash:

  • 📞 Request a Judge immediately.

👁️ RULE 05: NO-SHOW PROTOCOL

• If opponent does not check in:
  • ⏳ Let the timer expire naturally.
  • 🚫 Do NOT manually report wins in final minutes.
  • 📞 Call a Judge if unclear.

⏳ RULE 06: “GIVE ME TIME” PROTOCOL

• If opponent checked in but asks for time:

  • ⏱️ 5 minutes after check-in → Loss.
  • ⚖️ You (waiting) or your opponent (waiting) may choose to wait or take the win Set or Round.
  • 📞 Call a Judge if unsure.

• 🚨 Severe Violation – Result Manipulation

  • Any intentional misreporting of match results is considered a severe violation.
    • (e.g. reporting wins in no-show situations to influence tiebreakers such as OPP% / OPP OPP%)

• 🔴 Penalty: Such actions will result in a Match Loss.

  • In extreme or repeated cases, this may lead to Disqualification from the tournament.

⚖️ RULE 07: CHECK-IN RULE

• ✅ Check-in is mandatory.
• 🚫 No check-in = Automatic Set Loss.
• ⚠️ 2 consecutive no-shows = Tournament Drop.
• 🛑 The exception is if the opponent agrees to restart the match.
• 🔄 The game score will only be reset if it is evident that the player was present before the end of the check-in time.

🕒 RULE 08: MATCH RESPONSIBILITY & DELAYS

• Players who check in are expected to actively play their match without unnecessary delay.

• ⚠️ If you are participating in another tournament at the same time:

  • 📢 You MUST clearly inform your opponent
  • 🤝 Maintain transparent communication

• 🚫 Do NOT leave your opponent waiting without any response for an extended period (e.g. ~20 minutes).

• 📌 Expected actions:

  • 💬 Inform your opponent about delays
  • 🏳️ Concede the round if the delay becomes excessive

• 📞 If there is no response from your opponent:

  • Call a Judge immediately

🛜 RULE 09: REMAINING POKEMON COUNT

• Players do not accept a restart, the game crashed, or the round time has long expired.

  • Then the match is decided based on the remaining Pokémon.

• 📊 Remaining Pokémon → Decision:

  • 4–4 / 4–3 / 4–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
  • 4–1 🏆 → The player with 4 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
  • 3–3 / 3–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
  • 3–1 → 🏆 The player with 3 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
  • 2–2 / 2–1 / 1–1 → 🔄 Restart the game.

📺 RULE 10: SPECTATOR MODE & FAIR PLAY

• ⚖️ Matches must be played independently by each player.

• 🚫 Any form of outside assistance (e.g. third-party input / ghosting) is strictly prohibited.

• 👁️ If a third player joins your lobby without prior agreement:

  • 💬 Ask your opponent to continue the match without any spectators.
  • 📞 If there are any issues → call a Judge immediately.

🚨 Rule Violation:

• Receiving or allowing outside assistance is considered a serious rule violation.
• 🔴 In serious cases → eliminated from the tournament

🎥 OFFICIAL SPECTATOR EXCEPTION (FINAL ROUNDS ONLY)

• 🔒 Conditions:

  • Spectating will ONLY happen with prior notice.
  • Both players must be aware of the spectator.

• 👤 The Organizer spectator will be:

  • KST_VGC (Tournament Organizer)
  • It has an in-game delay of approximately 10 seconds + 45 seconds stream delay.

• 📩 If you are not comfortable being featured:

  • You can opt-out any time

⚠️ Any unauthorized spectator not allowed

✅ Only official, announced spectating by KST_VGC in final rounds is permitted

• ⚠️ Important Notes
  • ⚖️ Judges have final authority in unclear situations.
  • 🚫 Repeated disconnects may be investigated.

• Treat opponents and staff professionally.
• 🤝 Basic match etiquette is expected at all times:
  • 💬 A simple greeting at the start of the match
  • 🏁 A “GG” at the end — regardless of the result

🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE

Immediate ban for:

• Harassment (any platform)
• Disrespectful behavior
• Unsafe environment creation

🚨 CHEATING & DISHONESTY

Strictly prohibited:

• 👀 Stream sniping
• 🔄 Mid-set Pokémon changes
• 🎭 Match manipulation
• 💰 Bribery or coercion
• 🚫 Ghosting / outside assistance of any kind

⚡ Consequence: Permanent ban.

🛡️ HATE SPEECH POLICY

ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE for:

• Racism
• Bigotry
• Discrimination
• Identity-based targeting

⚡ Consequence:

• Immediate ban
• Information shared with other Tournament Organizers

📱 PRIVATE CHAT PRIVACY

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing private chats publicly
• Displaying DMs on stream
• Broadcasting private messages without consent

🏆 VICTORY CONFIRMATION

• 🚫 Do not claim early victory.
• ✅ Wait for official victory screen.

Repeated violations → Disqualification.

⚖️ JUDGE & TO AUTHORITY

• Judge and TO decisions are FINAL.
• Refusal to cooperate may result in removal.

🤝 Respect all trainers — win or lose.

🎯 These rules ensure fair play and a positive competitive environment.

• ✨ Shiny Forms
• 🔢 Level

⚠️ MEGA EVOLUTION CLARIFICATION

• 🚫 Do NOT submit the Mega form as the Pokémon form in OTS
• ✅ Always submit the BASE FORM in your Team Sheet

Example:

• ❌ Wrong: Mega Charizard Y (Ability: Drought)
• ✅ Correct: Charizard (Ability: Blaze) + Charizardite Y

🛠️ Current known issues:

• Floette-Eternal is not recognized
• 👉 Please use: Floette + Mega Stone
• OR list Floette-Mega
  • 📢 BUT then YOU must inform your opponent about the base ability before Game 1

🛠️ LIMITLESS ISSUE (CURRENT WORKAROUND)

• ⚠️ Due to a current Limitless issue, Megas or forms may appear incorrectly in Team Submit
  • ✅ This is tolerated for now
• 📢 HOWEVER:
  • You MUST inform your opponent about the correct base ability before the first match

🚨 Failure to clarify may lead to a ruling by a Judge
