Tournament Rules

You must check in to the tournament and to each round within the 3 minute timer, failing to check in will result in a match loss.

The following round will be paired once all matches are complete, please keep an eye on your dashboard to make sure you check-in on time.

Check you have selected the correct deck before sending or accepting a match request, as starting a game with the wrong deck will result in a match loss evidence of this will be required on the discord.

Please ensure you are playing with in-game timers on, as we cannot make a judgement on slow-playing without the evidence of a timer difference. Slow play is very difficult to judge in an online setting. If you suspect that your opponent may be slow playing please call a judge as soon as possible and please be ready with screen clips or screenshots of tournament play that clearly has timers visible. We understand that some decks require more time to complete actions than others but a clear difference in timers will be an indication of slow play. Slow play will result in a match loss.

If your live crashes at any point in the game and you are unable to make actions it will be deemed as a match loss unless you have game on board.

Unsportsmanlike behaviour towards other players or judges will result in a disqualification and or ban from future tournaments. This is a fun friendly online tournament and our judging team are all volunteers, there’s no need for abuse or unsportsmanlike behaviour.

To help us answer your questions more quickly, please type any messages to the judge team in English, unfortunately we only have English speaking staff, but we are trying our best to accommodate as many people as possible.

We highly recommend that you screenshot the victory screen after each match in case of a dispute about the result. If there is a dispute and neither player can show evidence it will be recorded as a tie and their names will be noted, after two incidents players will be dropped from the current tournament and three will result in a ban from future tournaments.

If an issue can't be resolved with evidence within 5 minutes of a Judge responding to any calls, we will have to move on with the Tournament, so please be ready with screenshots.

If neither player can connect with the other and you are both active on limitless it will be deemed as a double game loss. If one player doesn't respond this will be classed as a game loss in one direction.

If you do not check in a match loss will be awarded, If the game is played but a player forgets to check in both players must agree on the result and call a judge (If there is a dispute screenshots of the game win screen will be required to resolve).

A new round will be paired after all rounds are finished.
