Starlight Hangar is excited to host a very special One Piece Card Game tournament at the Rand Show. This will be our first in-person One Piece event, and we’re celebrating it in true pirate fashion 🦜

Only the strongest pirates will make it to Laugh Tale, and those who do will be rewarded with exclusive playmats illustrated and designed by the Pirate Queen Lumichen.Art 🥶

With the recent OP15 release, we want to keep things fair and balanced for all players. This event will therefore use the EB03 format, including the current ban list and rotation.
