Keep in mind the teambuilder is NOT server side, meaning it won't show the legal pokemon, moves and abilities. However, you can use the validate button to make sure the team is good to go. For that, please refer to the document above and Serebii's list of Champions pokemon.

PreChampions VGC contains ONLY pokemon that are shown to be in the game through trailers or other direct proof, has the new mega evolution/switch speed interaction, 512 max EVs and IVs locked at 31.
