🎲 Theme Rules

1. Your deck must include at least one Pokémon that meets one of the following conditions, and that Pokémon must be a genuinely usable core part of the theme, not just a 1-of included to satisfy the rule:

   • (a) A Pokémon whose attack requires a coin flip in order to be used
   • (b) A Pokémon whose attack target is chosen at random

   Examples:

   • (a) A1a Celebi ex, B1a MEGA Lopunny ex
   • (b) B2a Gholdengo ex, A4a Magcargo

2. Other than the theme Pokémon required in Rule 1, all other Pokémon in the deck may only serve one of the following roles:

   • (a) Energy setup / energy acceleration
   • (b) Attack support
   • (c) Defensive support

   Examples:

   • (a) A1a Serperior, A2 Dialga
   • (b) A2 Lucario
   • (c) B2a Arboliva

3. Other than the purposes listed above, no other Pokémon may be included.

   In particular, common staple/meta utility Pokémon such as the following are not allowed:

   • Giratina ex
   • Hydreigon
   • Greninja
   • Suicune ex
   • Magnezone
   • Oricorio
   • ...

4. The following do not count as meeting the theme requirement:

   • Pokémon whose attack always succeeds, but only the additional effect after the attack requires a coin flip

5. The tournament format will be Top 64 BO3 single-elimination bracket

⚠️ Before the Tournament Starts

• ✔️ Please complete your registration on this tournament page

• ✔️ Please complete check-in at least 1 hour before the tournament starts

• ✔️ Please submit your deck list at least 1 hour before the tournament starts

• Once the tournament begins, the cards and energy in your deck list may not be changed
  (Basic Energy does not necessarily need to be listed.)

• If, in Round 1 Game 1, you accidentally use a card that is not on your submitted deck list, or start with the wrong deck, you may restart that game with no penalty.

• If, in any later match, your opponent finds a card in your deck that is not on your submitted deck list, they may call a judge, and you will receive a game loss for that game only
  (not a loss for the entire match).

⚔️ Phase 1 – Top Cut

• Match Format: Best-of-Three (BO3)

• Pairing System: Single Elimination Bracket

• Round Check-In: Not required

• Round Time Limit: No time limit

• Draw Rules: Draws are not allowed

  • If the score is 1–1 and the final game ends in a draw, please call a judge and play a tiebreaker game to determine the winner.

• Additional Notes

  • If the game fails to start or disconnects during Turn 0 due to connection issues, please restart that game.
  • If a disconnect happens during a game, the player who reaches the Victory Screen will be considered the winner of that game.
  • All players who advance to Top Cut must join our Discord server and enter their assigned Streaming VC room. The room number will match the player's Swiss standing after Swiss ends (this can be found under Standing -> Top Cut -> List).
  • All Top Cut matches must be screen shared for broadcasting and record-keeping purposes.

💰 Prizes

• 🥇 1st Place: Any B-format 2-star card
• 🥈 2nd Place: Any B-format 2-star card
• 🥉 3rd–4th Place: Any B2a 2-star card

🚫 Player Conduct and Rule Violations

• Toxic language, malicious behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, or rule-sharking will result in a WARNING.
• Players who repeatedly violate the rules, including similar behavior in previous tournaments, will be removed from this event.
• Serious offenders may be banned from this community and all future events. If they attempt to register again later, they may be monitored and forcibly removed from the tournament.
• Even in the event of a dispute, please do your best to respect other players and staff, and maintain good communication.

🎲 賽事主題規則

• 牌組中必須投入符合以下條件之一的寶可夢，且該寶可夢必須為實際可使用的主題核心，不能只是放 1/2張充數：

  • (a) 需要擲硬幣才能使用攻擊的寶可夢
  • (b) 攻擊目標為隨機指定的寶可夢

• 例子：

  • (a) A1a 時拉比 ex、B1a MEGA 長耳兔 ex
  • (b) B2a 賽富豪 ex、A4a 熔岩蝸牛

• 除了第 1 條指定的主題寶可夢外，其餘可投入的寶可夢僅限於提供以下功能：

  • (a) 填能／加速能量
  • (b) 攻擊輔助
  • (c) 防守輔助

• 例子：

  • (a) A1a 君主蛇、A2 帝牙盧卡
  • (b) A2 路卡利歐
  • (c) B2a 奧利瓦

• 除上述用途外，其他寶可夢一律不得投入。 特別是主流泛用寶可夢，例如： 鬼龍ex， 三首惡龍， 甲賀忍蛙， 水君 ex， 自爆磁怪， 花舞鳥，。。。 皆禁止投入。

• 以下情況不算符合主題： 攻擊本身一定會成功， 但只有攻擊後的附加效果需要擲硬幣的寶可夢 (例如：電燈怪，電蜘蛛）

• 比賽模式是BO1瑞士輪，打完瑞士輪直接開始六十四強的BO3 淘汰賽

⚠️ 比賽開始前注意事項

• ✔️ 請在本比賽頁面完成報名
• ✔️ 請在開賽前 1 小時完成賽事簽到（check in）
• ✔️ 請在開賽前 1 小時送出你的牌組列表（deck list）
  • 比賽開始後，牌組列表中的卡片與能量不得再做更動（基本能量不一定要在列表中註明）。
  • 若你在 第一輪第一局 不小心把不在列表上的卡片放進牌組，或是選錯牌組開局，可以重新開始那一局，不會被處罰。
  • 若在之後的對局中，你的對手發現你牌組裡有不在列表上的卡片，他可以叫裁判，並會判定該單局（game）敗北（只扣該局，不是整個對戰 match 落敗）。

⚔️ 第一階段 – Top Cut（單淘汰）

• ▶️ 對戰模式：三戰兩勝（Bo3）

• 🔄 配對方式：單淘汰賽制（Single Elimination Bracket）

• ☑️ 每輪簽到：不需要

• ⏰ 每輪時間：不限時

• 🤝 平手規定：不允許平手

  • 若比分為 1–1，且最後一局結果為平手，請呼叫裁判，並進行加賽（tiebreaker game）決定勝負。

• 📝 其他說明

  • 若遊戲在第 0 回合因連線問題導致無法開始或斷線，請重新開始該局。
  • 若對戰中途斷線，則畫面出現 勝利畫面 的玩家獲得該局勝利。
  • 所有進入 Top Cut 的選手必須加入我們的 Discord 伺服器，並進入對應的“Streaming VC" 房間，房間編號為瑞士輪結束後選手的名次（可以在Standing -> Top Cut -> List 中查看。
  • 所有 Top Cut 對戰皆必須進行畫面分享，以供轉播與紀錄使用。

💰 獎品

• 🥇 第 1 名：任意B環境2星卡
• 🥈 第 2 名：任意B環境2星卡
• 🥉 第 3–4 名：任意B2a 2星卡

🚫 玩家行為與規則違反

• 對於有毒言語、惡意行為、違反運動精神、或鑽規則漏洞（rule-sharking）之行為，我們將給予 警告（WARNING）。
• 若玩家持續重複違規（包含以往賽事中曾犯下的行為），將被移出本次比賽。
• 嚴重違規者可能會被禁止參加本社群以及未來所有賽事；若之後嘗試報名，我們也會進行監控並強制退賽。
• 即使產生爭議，也請盡量尊重其他玩家與工作人員，保持良好溝通。
