Vault Weekly Runs 🏆 #7

1. English Communication Requirement To ensure clear communication with opponents and judges, English must be used during matches and judge interactions.

If you are unable to communicate in English, please notify staff in advance. Our staff may speak multiple languages, but this should not be assumed. Use a translator if necessary.

Penalty: Warning → Ban if repeatedly ignored

2. Respect for Staff & Players All tournaments are run voluntarily and free of charge by @.ancane and the staff team. Because of this, all participants are expected to treat staff and fellow players with respect at all times. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Insults, Hate Speech, or Disrespectful Conduct Any homophobic, racist, hateful, or otherwise disrespectful communication—whether on Limitless, Discord, or any related platform—will result in immediate disqualification.

Depending on the severity of the behavior, the player may also be banned from all future events.

Judges may penalize any behavior considered unsportsmanlike toward opponents, judges, or staff.

Penalty: Disqualification and possible permanent ban

4. During a Judge Call When a judge is called, answer all questions clearly and avoid unnecessary arguments. Please wait patiently for the ruling.

A judge’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.

5. Missed Check-In Players are fully responsible for checking in at their assigned table. If a player forgets or misses check-in, no corrective action can be taken. Check-in status overrides judge rulings, and missing it automatically counts as a loss.

If a technical bug prevents you from checking in, you must notify a judge immediately.

Penalty: • Loss for missed check-in • Double loss if both players miss check-in

6. Incorrect Deck List If a player notices an incorrect deck list during match setup, the match may be restarted if a screenshot clearly proves the mistake was unintentional.

If the issue is discovered after the match has started, the player must immediately call a judge and provide proof via screenshot.

Penalty: • Match restart if discovered during setup • Immediate loss if discovered after turn one

7. Bugs, Glitches, or Crashes If a bug, crash, disconnect, or similar technical issue occurs during a match and prevents a player from continuing, that player will receive a loss.

If the issue occurs during match setup and both players agree, the match may be restarted provided there is proper proof (screenshot, stream, or video).

Penalty: • Loss for the affected player • Match restart only during setup with mutual agreement

8. Slow Play If you believe your opponent is intentionally playing slowly, you must immediately call a judge and join the @.ancane Discord server (link available on Limitless).

A screenshot must be posted in the judge-issues channel so staff can review the situation. Without proof, the report cannot be evaluated.

All slow-play reports must be made promptly. Any ruling or penalty is entirely at the judge’s discretion and is final.

Warning: Severe cases may lead to disqualification or a ban from future events.

9. Round Time Expiration If the round timer expires, the match result will automatically be recorded as a tie.

Any request for an exception or time extension must be made early enough for the Head Judge to review before the next round begins.

If a time extension is granted, do not clear the judge request, as it serves as a reminder for tournament staff.

10. Intentional Ties Players are allowed to mutually agree to a tie.

11. Prizing All prizing is distributed through Discord. Please join the provided Discord link to receive your codes.
