Welcome to the VGC Academy Champions Prerelease Tournament! In this tournament we will be playing a custom format that's supposed to mimic what we know about Regulation M-A as closely as possible. The rules are as follows:

• All legendary/otherwise special Pokemon species are BANNED (Note: Ursaluna and Floette are not special species)
• We're working with the National Dex, so Pokemon species not found in SV like Ferrothorn, Marowak, Dracozolt etc are all legal.
• The generation 6 Mega Evolutions are all allowed.
• The ZA Mega Evolutions are NOT allowed, as they are not fully implemented yet.
• All other regional mechanics are banned. (So no Terastallization!)
• Making OHKO moves 100% accurate is banned, sorry Machamp fans.
