Hey everyone, it's Godzly here, and I'm thrilled to announce our next planned public tournament! Following the success of our first event, we're back with another exciting competition to celebrate and test out the new expansion pack Paldean Wonders for Pokémon TCG Pocket. We're introducing unique deck rules to shake things up and see what else the metagame has to offer. This is your chance to battle it out with other fans, showcase your creativity, and enjoy some epic gameplay. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, this tournament is open to everyone.

This will be a one-day event, and we'll be streaming each of the top 8 games individually live! Make sure you're available for the entire duration of the tournament so you don't miss out on the action.

Format: Swiss Rounds Best of 1

+ Top Cut Single Elimination Best of 3

+ Finals Best of 5

Player Limit: No cap

Lucky Ice Pop and Mega Altaria EX are BANNED from this tournament.

🚫 Restricted Cards (Cannot be played together):

  • Hydriegon & Rare Candy
  • Greninja & Rare Candy
  • Bellibolt/Pichu/Zeraora (Bellibolt/Pichu OR Bellibolt/Zeraora is ok)
  • Bellibolt/Magneton(GA/Deluxe EX/Wisdom Sea & Sky)
  • Entei/Mega Charizard Y

📸 Reporting Rule Breaks:

If rules are broken: screenshot the battle ground as proof. For Rare Candy rule breaks, screenshot the Rare Candy transaction in the battle-log.

How to find battle log: During Battle → click "Battle Log" (bottom left) → scroll to see full transaction.

📝 Deck Submission:

All players must submit their deck list before the tournament starts. Changes allowed until tournament start.

Sign Up & Registration

  • REGISTRATION: Use the registration section at the top of this page.
  • REGISTRATION CODE: None - open to all.
  • DISCORD REQUIREMENT: Staying in Discord is mandatory for updates and announcements.

Tournament & Round Check-In

  • CHECK-IN: Check in 1 hour before start AND for each round. Missing check-in = match loss or DQ.
  • Reporting Results: Both players report on Limitless. Provide screenshots for disputes.
  • Time Limit: Set time per round. Games starting before time ends get +5 minutes extra, then ties. Late starts may result in DQ.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Fair Play: Cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or unauthorized tools = DQ.
  • Technical Issues: Notify a judge immediately. Matches may restart if both agree.
  • Respectful Conduct: No toxic behavior toward opponents or organizers.
  • Judge Decisions: Final say in all rulings. Provide evidence via Discord.

Connection Issues:

  • Before coin flip: Game may restart up to two times.
  • After coin flip: Disconnected player loses. Screenshots required.

Inactivity: 5+ minutes inactive = opponent claims win.

Tiebreakers: Determined by game rules or organizer discretion.

❌ Incorrect Deck or Banned Cards:

  • Swiss Rounds: Round loss
  • Top Cuts - Prelims: Game loss
  • Top Cuts - Final 8: One remake allowed, second instance = DQ
  • If you notice a violation, contact a judge immediately.

Top 8 Streaming Requirements

  • Top 8 players MUST stream matches on Discord.
  • Games played one at a time in order announced in Discord.
  • Off-stream games = void, must replay. Non-compliance = DQ.
  • Feature Matches: Wait for order announcement in Godzly's Discord.
  • Streaming Instructions: Contact judge upon reaching Top 16.
  • Match Start: Wait for Tournament Organizer announcement before starting.
