Pass-Pass Rule
Because there is no dedicated format for BLW-BUS on TCGOne, players must use the Expanded Unbanned format to play each other. However, because this format has different First Turn Rules, participants must pass-pass at the beginning of each game so players can play supporter cards on their first turn going first. The player going first still cannot attack, and both players still cannot evolve any pokemon on their first turn.
