Pokémon Rules

A Pokémon is legal if:

• Its Attack text mentions flipping a coin
  OR
• Its Ability text mentions flipping a coin

This includes wording such as:

• "Flip a coin"
• "Flip 2 coins"
• "Flip X coins"
• "If heads"
• "If tails"
• "Until tails"

If a Pokémon meets one of these conditions, it is legal.

Evolution Rule

NO STAGE 1/2 POKEMON ARE VALID IN THIS FORMAT. Please remember to only use basics.

Trainer Rules

All Trainer cards from sets A1 and A1a are legal.

Trainer cards from any other set are not allowed unless explicitly listed in the whitelist.

Energy

Standard Pokémon TCG Pocket Energy rules apply.

Illegal Cards

• Pokémon that do not mention coin flips in their Attack or Ability
• Cards outside of A1 and A1a

Decks containing illegal cards will be automatically rejected.
