Our tour is seasonal planned & following the current Pokémon VGC rules, you'll battle for glory, honor, and valuable points toward the overall standings. 🗓️

The top 20 trainers at the end of each season compete in an epic final tournament for amazing prizes ❗ Every Friday around 6:00/6:30 PM, the next round kicks off. ❗

• Not every winner is automatically qualified anymore!

Only the TOP 20 at the end of the season make it – so collect those points!

  • ✅ 5-minute break after last Swiss Round

• Tournament Organizers reserve the right to make independent rulings when necessary to ensure fair play and smooth event operation.

⚡ RULE 01: TEAM SUBMISSION

• 🎯 OTS Accuracy is MANDATORY
• ✅ All team sheets MUST be submitted by Round 1 start
• ❌ No submission = AUTOMATIC DROP from tournament
• 🕐 No exceptions or extensions

📸 RULE 02: DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

📱 Required for:

• 🚫 Game abandonments
• ⚠️ Technical errors or glitches
• 🔧 Any unusual circumstances
• 📊 Match results verification
• 💡 Remember: Screenshots are your proof!

⏰ RULE 03: NO-SHOW PROTOCOL

If opponent hasn't checked in:

• ✅ Let the timer run out automatically
• 🚫 DON'T manually report G1/G2 victories in final minutes
• ⏳ Wait for system to handle no-show situations
• 📞 Call judge if unclear

⏳RULE 04: "GIVE ME TIME" PROTOCOL

If opponent has checked in but asks for time:

• ✅ You can decide whether to grant them this time. (I think it always depends on the reason.)
  • ⏱️ 5 minutes after the check-in time = Game Loss
  • ⏱️ another 5 minutes, so 10 minutes after the check-in time = Set Loss
• ⏳ Ultimately, it's up to you whether you take the win or prefer to play.
• 📞 Call the judge if unclear.

🏛️ RULE 05: JUDGE ASSISTANCE

ALWAYS call a judge when:

• ❓ Problems arise during matches
• 🤔 Questions need clarification
• 📖 Rule interpretation needed
• ⏰ Time expires but match incomplete
• 🎯 Judges are here to help - use them!

✅ RULE 06: CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY

Critical Tournament Requirement:

• 🚫 No check-in = AUTOMATIC LOSS
• ⏱️ Enough time provided - just press the button once
• 🚨 NO EXCUSES accepted for missing check-in
• ⚠️ 2 consecutive absences = TOURNAMENT DROP

🛜 RULE 07: REMAINING POKEMON COUNT

Players do not accept a restart, the game crashed, or the round time has long expired. Then the match is decided based on the remaining Pokémon.

📊 Remaining Pokémon → Decision:

• 4–4 / 4–3 / 4–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
• 4–1 🏆→ The player with 4 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
• 3–3 / 3–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
• 3–1 → 🏆 The player with 3 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
• 2–2 / 2–1 / 1–1 → 🔄 Restart the game.

• ⚖️ Judges have final authority in unclear situations.
• 🚫 Repeated disconnects may be investigated.

Immediate ban for:

• Harassment (any platform)
• Disrespectful behavior
• Unsafe environment creation

🚨 CHEATING & DISHONESTY

Strictly prohibited:

• 👀 Stream sniping
• 🔄 Mid-set Pokémon changes
• 🎭 Match manipulation
• 💰 Bribery or coercion

⚡ Consequence: Permanent ban.

🛡️ HATE SPEECH POLICY

ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE for:

• Racism
• Bigotry
• Discrimination
• Identity-based targeting

⚡ Consequence:

• Immediate ban
• Information shared with other Tournament Organizers

📱 PRIVATE CHAT PRIVACY

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing private chats publicly
• Displaying DMs on stream
• Broadcasting private messages without consent

🏆 VICTORY CONFIRMATION

• 🚫 Do not type “gg” before match ends.
• 🚫 Do not claim early victory.
• ✅ Wait for official victory screen.
• Exception: Opponent forfeits.

Repeated violations → Disqualification.

⚖️ JUDGE & TO AUTHORITY

• Judge and TO decisions are FINAL.
• Refusal to cooperate may result in removal.

🤝 Respect all trainers — win or lose.

🎯 These rules ensure fair play and a positive competitive environment.
