Aside from Limitless facilitating pairings, standings, and reporting, ALL tournament operations are handled through Discord and are MANDATORY.

Through Discord, players will:

Access information channels detailing tournament procedures

Receive the Tournament Participant role

Get announcement pings for:

Round starts

Judge calls and rulings

Tournament support and updates

Tournament begins at the time listed on the event page

Swiss Rounds followed immediately by a Single Elimination Top Cut

All rounds are played in one continuous day

🎥 DISCORD STREAMING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MATCHES Failure to stream may result in penalties or match loss at staff discretion.

This event is operated under Plasma administration to support and grow the Pokémon TCG Pocket competitive scene.

Community-driven, competitive-focused tournament

Prizing provided by community sponsors and partners

Matches may be selected for feature streams

🧑‍🚀 All staff members are VOLUNTEERS dedicating their time to ensure smooth tournament operations.

🏅 Players placing within designated thresholds may earn Plasma Circuit Points, contributing toward qualification for a future Plasma Invitational Championship.

Streaming Method: Discord PoV (Point of View)

🎥 ALL MATCHES MUST BE STREAMED

Streams must clearly show:

Player name

Match in progress

Players must be responsive to staff and judges during streamed matches

📋 DECK REGISTRATION — PLASMA LOADOUT LOCK 📩 DECKLIST SUBMISSION

Decklists lock when the tournament begins

You may edit freely before that time

The submitted deck (including ENERGY) must be used for the entire event

No card or energy changes are allowed once the tournament starts

🎴 Alternate art versions of the same functional card are permitted ❌ Functionally different cards or incorrect energy selections count as an Incorrect Decklist

⚠️ DECKLIST VIOLATIONS

Call a judge if your opponent’s deck does not match their registered list

Wrong deck selected in Game 1:

Reveal the card to verify the error

Restart the game with the correct deck

Additional errors will result in a Game Loss

⚖️ PLASMA ARBITRATION — JUDGES & RULINGS

Call judges via Limitless first for match-related issues

Late or missing result submissions require screenshots

Judges may consult internally for complex rulings

Post-match judge calls are permitted for general concerns

Screenshot all victory screens

If neither player can provide sufficient evidence, the match will be ruled a Double Game Loss

🔄 TIE RESOLUTION PROTOCOL ▶️ SWISS ROUNDS

Game Tie = both players receive a Game Win

Game 1 tie → Game 2 determines the match

Game 2 tie after a Game 1 winner → Game 1 winner takes the match

Game 3 tie with a 1–1 score → Match Tie

Additional game(s) may be played to determine a winner

📶 CONNECTION & TURN-0 FAILURES

External issues (ISP, hardware, weather) are outside staff control

If a game fails to start, a restart is allowed

If a disconnect occurs mid-game, the player with the Victory Screen is awarded the win

Rule sharking

🚨 Repeated or severe violations may result in:

Tournament removal

Bans from Plasma-operated events

Monitoring and forced removal if attempting to rejoin
