⚙️ Problemas Técnicos / Technical Issues

PT-BR

Se ocorrer problema técnico no Pokémon TCG Live:

• travamento do jogo
• desconexão
• impossibilidade de iniciar partida

➡️ Chame o juiz imediatamente

Se houver 25 minutos ou mais restantes na rodada:

• A partida será reiniciada

Se houver menos de 25 minutos restantes, o juiz poderá:

• reiniciar a partida
• declarar empate
• declarar vencedor caso um jogador não responda em 3 minutos

A decisão do juiz visa não prejudicar os jogadores nem o andamento do torneio.

If a Pokémon TCG Live technical issue occurs:

• game freeze
• disconnection
• unable to start match

➡️ Call the judge immediately

If 25 minutes or more remain:

• The match will restart

If less than 25 minutes remain, the judge may:

• restart the match
• declare a draw
• declare a winner if a player does not respond within 3 minutes

Judge decisions aim to protect both players and tournament flow.
