Decklist Submission

  • All players must submit their decklist through Limitless before the event begins.
  • This will be the only decklist permitted for the entire tournament.
  • If you notice your opponent using a deck that does not match their submission, call a judge immediately.

Tournament Check-In

  • Check-in and decklist submission open 1 hour before the tournament starts.
  • Players who do not check in will be removed automatically, but may still register late with a default loss.

Round Check-In

  • Each Swiss round includes a 5-minute check-in window.
  • If your opponent does not appear within 5 minutes after both players have checked in, contact a judge.
  • If you are chatting with your opponent and they haven’t checked in yet, remind them politely.
  • If they still do not check in, call a judge.

Swiss Rounds

  • Swiss rounds are played as BO1 with a 20-minute timer.
  • No streaming or screen sharing is required.
  • Players must report results accurately on Limitless.
  • Players are responsible for keeping proof of their match result (screenshot).

Top Cut

  • Top Cut matches are BO3 and untimed.
  • No streaming or screen sharing is required.
  • Matches are single elimination.
  • Players must submit results promptly and keep result proof.

Ties & Timeout Situations

  • If a BO1 ends in a tie, the match is recorded as a tie and both players receive 1 point.
  • If a game ties during a BO3, that game is replayed.
  • If a match finishes but the result isn’t submitted in time, contact a judge and provide a screenshot.
  • Judges will resolve complex situations at their discretion.

Connection Issues & Game Errors

  • If a game fails to load, restart the game.
  • If a disconnect happens mid-game, the player who receives the Victory Screen is awarded the win.
  • If you encounter a blank game history, no one wins. Take a screenshot and report it to a judge.

Contacting Judges

  • Use Limitless chat or Discord to request a judge at any time.
  • Always take a timestamped screenshot of your Victory Screen.
  • If neither player has valid evidence, the match will be ruled as a Double Game Loss (DGL).

  • Harassment, cheating, rule-breaking, or poor behavior will result in penalties or removal.
  • Players must maintain respect toward opponents and judges at all times.

Tie Rules

  • Intentional ties are only allowed in the final Swiss round.
