Vault Weekly Runs 🏆 #1

1. Respect staff & decisions All tournaments are organized voluntarily and free of charge by @.ancane and the staff. Because of this, all players are expected to act respectfully toward staff and other players at all times. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

  1. During a judge call Always answer the judge’s questions, avoid unnecessary arguments, and wait for the ruling. A judge’s decision is final and cannot be disputed.

  2. Missed check-in It is always the player’s responsibility to check in at the table. If a check-in is missed or forgotten, no action can be taken. Check-in overrides any judge decision, and missing it counts as a loss. If a bug prevents check-in, it must be reported to a judge immediately.

Penalty: Loss due to missed check-in / Double loss if both players miss check-in

  1. Wrong deck list If a player notices an incorrect deck list during setup, the match may be restarted if a screenshot clearly proves it was an honest mistake. If the issue is discovered during the match, the player must call a judge and provide proof via screenshot.

Penalty: • Match restart if discovered during setup • Immediate loss if discovered after turn one

  1. Slow play If you believe your opponent is intentionally playing slowly, you must immediately call a judge and join the @.ancane Discord server (link on Limitless). A screenshot must be posted in the judge-issues section so the judge can evaluate the situation. Without proof, the request cannot be accepted. All slow-play reports must be made promptly. Any ruling or sanction is entirely at the judge’s discretion and is final.

⚠️ Warning: Severe cases may result in disqualification or a ban.

  1. Insults, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior Any homophobic, racist, hateful, or otherwise disrespectful messages—whether on Limitless, Discord, or elsewhere—will result in immediate disqualification. Depending on severity, the player may also be banned from all future events. Judges may penalize any behavior deemed unsportsmanlike toward opponents, judges, or staff.

Penalty: Disqualification and possible permanent ban

  1. Bugs, glitches, or crashes If a bug, crash, disconnect, or similar issue occurs during a match, the player unable to continue will receive a loss. If it happens during setup and both players agree, the match may be restarted with proper proof (screenshot/stream/video).

Penalty: • Loss for the affected player • Match restart only during setup with mutual agreement

  1. English communication required To ensure smooth communication with opponents and judges, English is mandatory. If you cannot speak English, please inform staff in advance. While our staff speaks multiple languages, do not assume your language is understood. Use a translator if needed.

Penalty: Warning → Ban if ignored

  1. Round time-up If the round timer expires, the result is always a tie. Any request for an exception or time extension must be made early enough for the Head Judge to review it before the next round begins. If a time extension is granted, do not clear the judge request, as it serves as a reminder for admins.

  2. Tie agreements are allowed
