Pokémon Day Week 2026 is a collaborative tournament series organized with VGC Trainers School, SpearPillar, Alpensee, Kampfstube, Tenki, StellarNova, and other community partners. The series runs from February 15 through March 1, 2026.

The Top 8 players from each Pokémon Day Week event will qualify for the Final, hosted by VGC Trainers School. The Final will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2026 at 17:00 CET with a $250 prize pool.

Swiss rounds and Top Cut size are determined by total attendance. Any adjustments will be communicated via Discord prior to the start of the event.

17–32 players → 5 Swiss → Top 4 or Top 8

33–64 players → 6 Swiss → X-2 or better (max. 16)

65–128 players → 7 Swiss → X-2 or better (max. 16)

129–256 players → 8 Swiss → X-2 or better (max. 16)

257+ players → 9 Swiss → X-2 or better (max. 16)

Match Structure

All matches are Best-of-Three. Every game is allowed to run its natural course. No game will be terminated early except under exceptional circumstances, such as Sudden Death.

Communication & Discord

All participants must join the official Discord server. Pairings, announcements, and dispute resolution will be handled via Discord.

Disconnect Policy

In the event of a disconnect, both players must provide a clear photo of the error screen. Failure to provide proof may result in a game loss.
