"Regulation M" is a format which uses regulation F rules, but bans the top 20 most used Pokémon in standard regulation F. This tournament is meant to showcase the format and gauge interest in an in-game tournament.
The following Pokémon are banned: Chi-Yu, Flutter Mane, Incineroar, Rillaboom, Amoonguss, Dragonite, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, Urshifu-Single Strike, Indeedee-M, Indeedee-F, Tornadus, Tornadus-Therian, Ursaluna, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, Landorus, Landorus-Therian, Arcanine, Arcanine-Hisui, Farigiraf, Gholdengo, Chien-Pao, Raging Bolt, Gouging Fire, and Ogerpon.
This is a showdown tournament. Rounds are best-of-3, with open teamsheets. Teamsheets must be submitted before the event begins.
