The Crown Fight Tour is our VGC best-of-3 tournament that challenges you every week.

Our tour is seasonal planned & following the current Pokémon VGC rules, you'll battle for glory, honor, and valuable points toward the overall standings. 🗓️

The top 20 trainers at the end of each season compete in an epic final tournament for amazing prizes ❗ Every Friday around 6:00/6:30 PM, the next round kicks off. ❗

Not every winner is automatically qualified anymore!

Only the TOP 20 at the end of the season make it – so collect those points!

⏰ TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

🔄 SWISS ROUNDS

▶️ Round Duration:
- ✅ 50 minutes
▶️ Check-In Period:
- ✅ 5 minutes (MANDATORY)
▶️ Next Round Starts When:
- ✅ All matches finished
- ✅ No judge requests pending
- ✅ Limitless pages updated

🏆 TOP CUT PHASE

▶️ Short Break:
- ✅ 5-minute break after last Swiss Round
▶️ Match Duration:
- ✅ 50 minutes

📜 Basic Tour Rules

📢 The following Tour rules apply.

For all rules not listed, the official TPCi guidelines serve as a guideline ⚖️
- The TO reserves the right to make independent decisions → if necessary, to ensure fair play and smooth event operation

📝 RULE 01: TEAM SUBMISSION (OTS)

📝 OTS accuracy is MANDATORY.
⏰ Team sheets must be submitted before Round 1.
❌ No submission = Automatic Drop.
❗ The OTS paste is binding.
🔧 OTS Errors
- If an OTS mistake is discovered → You lose the started match.
- Before Game 2 → Fix the error immediately.
- ✅ OTS and in-game team must match 100%.

🎮 RULE 02: PLATFORM RESTRICTION

🎮 Matches must be played on Nintendo Switch.
🚫 Pokémon Showdown is NOT allowed.
⚖️ Only allowed if a Judge explicitly instructs it.
⏳ Valid for ONE round / ONE set only.
🤝 No private agreements to switch platforms.
❌ Violation = Match will not count.

📷 RULE 03: DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

📱 Screenshots are your responsibility.

Required for:

🚫 Game abandonments
⚠️ Technical errors
🔧 Glitches
📊 Result verification

📷 ALWAYS take screenshots.

👁️ RULE 04: NO-SHOW PROTOCOL

If opponent does not check in:

⏳ Let the timer expire naturally.
🚫 Do NOT manually report wins in final minutes.
📞 Call a Judge if unclear.

⏳ RULE 05: “GIVE ME TIME” PROTOCOL

If opponent checked in but asks for time:

⏱️ 5 minutes after check-in → Loss.
⚖️ You may choose to wait or take the win.
📞 Call a Judge if unsure.

⚖️ RULE 06: CHECK-IN RULE

✅ Check-in is mandatory.
🚫 No check-in = Automatic Set Loss.
⚠️ 2 consecutive no-shows = Tournament Drop.
🛑 The exception is if the opponent agrees to restart the match.
🔄 The game score will only be reset if it is evident that the player was present before the end of the check-in time.

🛜 RULE 07: REMAINING POKEMON COUNT

Players do not accept a restart, the game crashed, or the round time has long expired.

Then the match is decided based on the remaining Pokémon.

📊 Remaining Pokémon → Decision:

4–4 / 4–3 / 4–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
4–1 🏆→ The player with 4 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
3–3 / 3–2 → 🔄 Restart the game.
3–1 → 🏆 The player with 3 remaining Pokémon wins the game.
2–2 / 2–1 / 1–1 → 🔄 Restart the game.

⚠️ Important Notes

⚖️ Judges have final authority in unclear situations.
🚫 Repeated disconnects may be investigated.

🤝 TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT

Core Principle: Everyone deserves respect and safety when competing in Fight Tour events.

❌ Zero Tolerance For:

🚫 Harassment of players or staff (any platform)
💬 Disrespectful behavior toward opponents
🎯 Creating unsafe environments
⚡ Consequence: Immediate event ban
💡 Golden Rule: Treat others how you want to be treated!

🚨 DISHONESTY & CHEATING

🛑Strictly Prohibited:

👀 Stream Sniping:
- Watching opponent's stream for advantage
🔄 Mid-Set Pokémon Changes:
- Altering team during active matches
⚡ Consequence:
- Permanent ban from all events

💰 COERCION & MATCH FIXING

❌ Forbidden Activities:

🤝 Bribery to influence match outcomes
💸 Coercion or threats to determine results
🎭 Any form of match Manipulation

🛡️ HATE SPEECH - ZERO TOLERANCE

We have ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE for:

🚫 Bigotry, Hate Speech, or Racism
💬 Discriminatory language or behavior
🎯 Targeting players based on identity
⚡ Consequences:
- ❌ Immediate ban and removal
- 📢 Information shared with other Tournament Organizers community-wide
