Welcome to VGC Academy's Spikemuth Cup tournament!
This tournament will, as the name suggests, be played in the Spikemuth Cup format. This means it will be played with every standard Pokemon in the SwSh pokedex, including the ones from the dlc. Restricted and Mythical Pokemon are banned, as is Dynamaxing.
If your opponent does Dynamax send a screenshot over to a judge, it will be treated as a game forfeit!
Outside of the new ruleset all standard tournament rules apply. Make sure to join our discord server as all judge calls will be handled through there. We hope you enjoy the tournament!

Phase 1
6 Swiss Rounds - BO3
60 minutes per round
15 minute round check-in
players with 4 or more points advance to the next phase
Phase 2
Single Elimination Bracket - BO3
