Welcome to the TOGS Premier Circuit! The Premier circuit is the main series of PTCGL tournaments we will be hosting. Premier events will be Swiss rounds, followed by a top cut. Prizing will be awarded to the finalists, with the winner taking the grand prize.

There is a 128 Player Cap. Player cap MAY be extended. This is our first event and we want to limit the length for future event purposes!

Legality: Cards legal on PTCGL are legal UNLESS otherwise stated.

Swiss Stage: Best of 1, with a 30 minute time limit. Any match without the use of timers does not count.

Top Cut: Best of 3, with a 60 minute time limit. 10 minute check in to allow for breaks. Breaks are up to players discretion.

✍️ CHECKING IN

• Must be done, failure to do so will result in a forfeit.

✅ VICTORIES

• Please screen shot each victory for reference if needed.

🤝 TIES

• Time has run out and the game has not concluded.

⛓️‍💥 GAME ISSUES

• We cannot do anything about ptcgl bugs. Any form of bugs, client issues or etc will result in a loss, unless otherwise stated by staff or if opponent offers a restart.
• We leave decisions at the discretion of your opponent. If they are willing to restart, or etc, we leave it to them! No coercing them will be tolerated.

📜 PLAYER CONDUCT

• To keep this concise, respect each and every opponent. Any signs of derogatory behavior or negativity towards oppositions, will result in a disqualification. Keep in mind, a permanent ban may also be applicable.

🎥 STREAMING

• We encourage everyone to stream their games in our discord! We will be looking to feature matches on the main channel. A delay is encouraged to prevent any potential of an opponent to tuning in to your stream and gaining information. To be clear, this is cheating and if a player is caught of this, they will be banned.

🎤 POST-MATCH INTERVIEWS

• Those whose matches are streamed on the main channel, will be asked to do a post-game interview! This is optional but encouraged. If you do so, web camera is required and professional conduct is required.
• Interviews to take no longer than 5 minutes in total. To also allow players who just finished a match a short break.

❌ CHEATING

• Any form of cheating will result in a DQ and possibly a ban. Stream sniping, slow playing or etc. will result in a DQ or ban. To be clear, slow playing must involve multiple instances in a match. Some players may take time to plot out their actions, please record your matches to provide evidence to make our jobs easier to punish instances of cheating.
