⚡ RULE 01: TEAM SUBMISSION

🎯 Team Sheet Accuracy is MANDATORY

• ✅ All team sheets MUST be submitted by Round 1 start
• ❌ No submission = AUTOMATIC DROP from tournament
• 🕐 No exceptions or extensions

📸 RULE 02: DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

• ⚠️ Technical errors or glitches
• 🔧 Any unusual circumstances
• 📊 Match results verification

⏰ RULE 03: NO-SHOW PROTOCOL

If opponent hasn't checked in:

• ✅ Let the timer run out automatically
• 🚫 DON'T manually report G1/G2 victories in final minutes
• ⏳ Wait for system to handle no-show situations
• 📞 Call judge if unclear

• ✅ RULE 05: CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY

  Critical Tournament Requirement:

🚨 DISHONESTY & CHEATING

• Watching opponent's stream for advantage

  • Altering team during active matches
• ⚡ Consequence: Permanent ban from all events

💰 COERCION & MATCH FIXING

❌ Forbidden Activities:

• 🤝 Bribery to influence match outcomes
• 💸 Coercion or threats to determine results
• 🎭 Any form of match Manipulation

  🛡️ HATE SPEECH - ZERO TOLERANCE

We have ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE for:

• 🚫 Bigotry, Hate Speech or Racism
• 💬 Discriminatory language or behavior
• 🎯 Targeting players based on identity
• ⚡ Consequences:
  • ❌ Immediate ban and removal
  • 📢 Information shared with other Tournament Organizers community-wide

📱 PRIVATE CHAT PRIVACY

🚫 Strictly Prohibited:

• 📺 Displaying private conversations on public streams
• 💬 Sharing private messages with negative intent
• 🎥 Broadcasting private communications without consent

✅ Proper Protocol:

• 🏛️ Call a judge if issues arise with opponents
• 🤐 Keep private conversations private
• 🛡️ Resolve conflicts through official channels

🏆 Victory Confirmation

🚫 Don't claim victory early or type "gg" while still battling!

• This shows disrespect to your opponent.
• Wait for the official victory screen before ending the match.
• Exception: Your opponent forfeits and admits defeat ✅

⚠️ Warning:

• Repeated early claims or premature "gg" = disqualification [ at a moment when the match is not yet decided ]

🏛️ COOPERATE WITH TOs & JUDGES

Final Authority:

• ⚖️ Judge and TO decisions are FINAL
• 🚫 Refusal to accept decisions may result in event exclusion
