Format du tournoi

1. Entrée gratuite
2. Open Team Sheets
3. Best of 3 pour les Rondes Suisses, Best of 3 pour Top Cut
4. Ce tournoi se joue sur la Nintendo Switch, pas sur Showdown
5. Rondes Suisses puis Top Cut selon le nombre de participants

Tournoi prévu Samedi 22 Novembre à partir de 20h00

Règles

1. Ce tournoi est soumis aux règles du Règlement H.
2. Veuillez vous enregistrer pour votre match avant votre match. Le bouton d'enregistrement est le bouton jaune en haut de chaque page de match.
3. Les joueurs ont 10 minutes pour se présenter dans leur match. Si un joueur ne se présente pas après 10 minutes, ce joueur perdra le match.
4. Problèmes de connexion : Dès que vous remarquez un problème de connexion sur votre Nintendo Switch, vous devez faire tout ce qui suit : • Prenez une capture d'écran du message d'erreur avec le bouton de capture d'écran (◙) sur leur Nintendo Switch, ou une photo avec votre téléphone, et envoyez-la à l'administrateur du Tournoi dans Pokevents via le lien Discord. Veuillez appeler un juge ou un Admin.
5. Le juge ou admin examinera les codes d'erreur et décidera comment le match doit se dérouler.
6. Chaque joueur doit soumettre une feuille d'équipe. La feuille d'équipe doit inclure les Pokémon, les Talents, les types de Tera, les objets et les attaques.
7. S'il y a une erreur dans la feuille d'équipe, veuillez appeler un juge. Le joueur qui a la feuille d'équipe problématique recevra une défaite à moins que les deux joueurs soient d'accord pour pour se battre. Pour les prochains tours, le joueur qui a l'erreur de feuille d'équipe doit informer ses futurs adversaires du set correct pour ce Pokémon. Si ce joueur ne le fait pas, il peut être exclu du tournoi.
8. Les équipes d'emprunt sont autorisées.
9. Les joueurs doivent être sur le serveur Discord pendant toute la durée du tournoi. Il peut y avoir des pénalités si un juge cherche un joueur et que nous ne sommes pas en mesure de les joindre. Le lien est ici (https://discord.gg/6KnrQXyZ7f)
10. Si un joueur ne se présente pas après le tour 2, il sera exclu du tournoi.
11. Les joueurs auront 60 minutes pour terminer leur match.

Welcome to our new online tournament, Pokevents Stuttgart Prep Tour

Tournament Format

1. Free entry

3. Best of 3 for Swiss Rounds, Best of 3 for Top Cut

4. This tournament is played on the Nintendo Switch, not on Showdown

5. Swiss Rounds followed by Top Cut depending on the number of participants

Tournament scheduled for Saturday, November 22nd, starting at 8:00 PM

Rules

1. This tournament is subject to the rules of Regulation H.

2. Please register for your match before your match. The registration button is the yellow button at the top of each match page.

3. Players have 10 minutes to arrive for their match. If a player does not arrive after 10 minutes, that player will forfeit the match. 4. Connection Issues: As soon as you notice a connection problem on your Nintendo Switch, you must do the following:

• Take a screenshot of the error message using the screenshot button (◙) on your Nintendo Switch, or a photo with your phone, and send it to the Tournament Administrator in Pokevents via the Discord link. • Please call a Judge or an Admin.

1. The Judge or Admin will review the error codes and decide how the match should proceed.

2. Each player must submit a Team Sheet. The Team Sheet must include Pokémon, Abilities, Tera types, items, and moves.

3. If there is an error in the Team Sheet, please call a Judge. The player with the problematic Team Sheet will receive a loss unless both players agree to battle. For subsequent rounds, the player with the incorrect team sheet must inform their future opponents of the correct set for that Pokémon. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the tournament.

4. Borrowed teams are permitted.

5. Players must be on the Discord server for the entire duration of the tournament. Penalties may be applied if a judge is searching for a player and we are unable to reach them. The link is here (https://discord.gg/6KnrQXyZ7f)

6. If a player fails to appear after round 2, they will be disqualified from the tournament.

7. Players will have 60 minutes to complete their match.
