You are required to check in within an hour of the tournament beginning, failure to do so will result in an automatic drop from the tournament. Once the tournament begins, you are required to check into your matches within 5 minutes of each round, failure to do so once will result in a round loss, twice in a row will result in an automatic drop from the tournament. If your or your opponent are actively playing but forgot to check in, please call a judge so we can check you/your opponent in manually.

Failed Deck Checks:

If you, or your opponent have brought the incorrect deck/different to what deck list you have submitted, then please call a judge immediately with evidence. First offense will result in a game loss, second offense will result in a round loss and third offense will result in you being dropped from the tournament. Please make sure to use the correct deck list, and make sure your opponent is also.

Bugs and Glitches:

If you or your opponent experiences any bugs such as freezing, internet problems or a game crash, the player who experienced the issue will be issued a game loss. If you are unsure on how to proceed, please call a judge!

Submitting Match Results:

Once your match concludes, please input the match results in the space provided by limitless inside your match. We recommend you keep screenshots of results in case you need to dispute a submitted result by your opponent.

Bad Manners and unpleasantries:

If you or your opponent bad manners one of the other, please call a judge so we can deal with the situation. We have no tolerance for toxic players and we will deal with the majority of situations with a drop from the tournament. Repeat offenders will be given a ban from future tournaments. If you are unpleasant to a staff member, it will result in an immediate ban.

Calling a judge:

If you need to call a judge for any reason please do so within limitless, if your issue requires evidence please make sure you have joined the Discord server so that our judges can deal with your call appropriately.

Ties:

In the event of an in-game tie, players must start a new game to determine the tiebreaker. The first player to knockout a Pokémon in this tiebreaker game will be declared the winner of the tied game. Once a winner is determined for the tied game, the players may proceed with any remaining games as necessary.
