Rare Candy Cartel Tournament Rules
Welcome to the Rare Candy Cartel Competitive Tournament Series. Our goal is to provide a fair, competitive, and respectful tournament environment for all players. By participating, you agree to follow the rules listed below.
⸻
- Deck Submission • All players must submit their deck list before the tournament begins. • Decks may not be changed at any time during the tournament. • Any attempt to alter your deck list after submission will result in disqualification.
⸻
- Player Conduct • Be respectful to your opponents, staff, and community members. • No profanity, harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated. • Sportsmanship is expected at all times. • Violations may result in warnings, loss of match, disqualification, or tournament ban, depending on severity.
⸻
- Match Rules • The tournament format consists of: • Day 1: Swiss Rounds — Best of 3 • Day 2: Top Cut — Best of 3 • Agreed ties are not allowed. This is a competitive event, and every match must be played to a natural result. • Attempting to arrange or request a tie may result in disqualification.
⸻
- Prizing • The Top 3 players will receive prizes. • Prizes may vary depending on available pool and sponsorship, but winners should expect strong rewards. • Additional prize support may be announced based on participation and performance.
⸻
- Ranking System • All players will earn Ranking Points based on their performance. • These points contribute to the Rare Candy Cartel Leaderboard, which will be publicly posted on Instagram. • This allows players to track their progress, reputation, and competitive standing.
⸻
- Annual Championship Recognition • At the end of the competitive year, the Top Ranked Player on the leaderboard will receive: • A special prize, title, or recognition (details will be announced throughout the season).
