Bo3 OTS reg H ruleset (no legendaries or paradox mons)
Rounds are 48hrs to coordinate+battle. If Rounds finish early, then the next round will be updated ASAP.
Standard Play! Pokémon conduct/rules apply.
Round structure will be Swiss into Top Cut. Entries (n) will determine swiss round amount: n<8 3 Rounds, 16<n<8 is 4 Rounds etc. Cut will be asymmetrical with top 4 placement unless we hit 16 for 5 rounds (cut would only be expanded for more entries from top 4)
