PCG Conference(PCG Laboratory) is organized by peke.

Welcome to PCG Conference!

It's goling to do a casual mini tournament every Wednesday for now.
The tournament is also going to do 3 swiss rounds and Best of 3.
(No matter how many people compete in.)

• This is Bo3 tournament, but there is no extra turns!

• Please make sure to set the timer.
  (Don't check the custom match setting.)

• The organizer is also playing this tournament so that It might be late to check any requests. I'll apologize If that's happend.
  The response to judge calls will be handled under the assumption that the tournament rules have been read. Please make sure to read them first.

• We will not take questions about how to operate the screen or what Bo3 is.

• We highly recommend to screenshot for your result of each game to prove you won.

• Check-in includes setting up your game. Once each round has started, please begin the match as soon as possible.
  In case of no response from your opponent after check-in, the organiser might decide the game winner.

• Set up issue: might allow a time extension, but It will be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
  If the setup took too much time, We may ask you to play the match in Bo1 or TIE.

• Make sure who will go first or second for game 2 and 3.
  The loser of game 1 can choose who will go first for game 2. And also the loser of game 2 can chose it as well.
  If your opponent incorrectly starts the match, please restart the match.

• If you see a wrong deck list during a game, please let us know. The player loss a game.

• Live Bugs: Freezing, Connecting and any similar cases are issued to the player.
  But a rematch may be allowed at the discretion of the organizers.
  (e.g., No cards can be read in early phase of each game: In which case, Please call a judge and submit a screenshot to Discord.

• Basically, we wouldn't accepet a report of slow play and other similar reqest after time up.
  Please call a judge and report any requests during the game.

• If you think what your opponent play slowly for tie or thier win, please call a Judge as early as possible.
  

  Way of proof: Share the game at Discord TOURNAMENT-PLAY or let us know a link your streaming channel.
  We may give some time extentions for doing that. It could be a game loss.

• If all tables have been done their match before time is up in each round, we're going to move to next round.
  We'll anoounce the round is started at Discord.

• When you leave this tournament, please DROP oby yourself via your dashboard.
  If you missed check-in and there is no responses from our contact, your status is handled as a drop.

• This is a casual tournament so please be a gentleman and playing with sportsmanship.
  If We recieve some reports of those cases in a few tournament, I might do ban the player.

• Bo3のトーナメントですが、エクストラターンは設定されていません。

• 必ずタイマーを設定してください。(カスタムマッチセッティングにチェックつけないでください。)

• 主催者:ペケも大会に参加しますので、ジャッジコールの対応が遅れる可能性あります。ご了承ください。
  ジャッジコールへの対応は、大会規約を読んだものとして対応します。まずは一読ください。

• 勝敗報告にエビデンスを求めることがあります。リザルト画面をスクリーンショットすることを強くオススメします。

• チェックインの時間はセットアップも含まれます。各ラウンドが開始されたら、速やかに試合を開始してください。 お互いのチェックインが済んでいるにも関わらず、相手からの反応がない場合、こちらで勝者を決定する可能性があります。

• セットアップの問題について、運営の判断で時間の延長を認める場合がありますが最大3分とします。
  多大な時間を消費するケースには、Bo1形式で対戦をお願いすることがあります。

• Game2, 3前に先手後手の確認をするようにお願いします。

• エクストラターンはありません。その代わり、各ラウンドの時間は60分に設定されてます。

• 対戦相手のデッキリストが違う場合はご連絡ください。ゲームロス(3本中1本の試合を負け)とします。

• 残念ながらバグの多いゲームです。基本的にゲーム内で起きたことを正とします。
  事象が起きた場合には念の為スクリーンショットを取るなど、自衛の行動をお願いします。
  フリーズや接続の問題等は、プレイヤー側の責任とします。
  例外: ゲーム序盤に、一切のカードが読み込みできず試合に多大な影響が認められる場合は運営の判断で再試合を認めます。

• 試合時間終了後のジャッジコールには基本的に対応しません。
  特に相手の遅延行為などは試合中なるべく早くご相談ください。

• 相手が遅延行為をしていると思ったら、早めのジャッジリクエストをお願いします。

証明方法: Discord のTOURNAMENT-PLAYで進行中の試合画面を共有してください。
自身で配信している場合はそのチャンネルのURLをください。
運営が試合を確認し、時間の延長やゲームロスなどの裁定を判断します。

• 勝敗報告の相違について、リザルト画面のスクリーンショットを運営に提出してください。

• 試合時間終了前に全テーブルの対戦が終わっていた場合、次のラウンドを始めます。
  ラウンド開始のアナウンスはDiscord で行いますので、適宜確認お願いします。

• 大会参加を途中で辞めたい場合は、ダッシュボードからご自身でDROPを選択してください。
  各ラウンドでチェックインをしなかった場合、かつ、こちらからの連絡に反応がない場合はDrop処理します。

• これはカジュアルな大会ですので、バッドマナーな行動は慎むようお願いします。
  罵倒、煽りなど悪質な行為には出場停止等の処置をします。
