VoidPocket Weekly Clash – Rules

Decklist Submission

  • Decklist submission opens the day of the tournament.
  • Your decklist must be submitted on Limitless.
  • This decklist will be used for the entire tournament.
  • If your opponent is using a different decklist, call a judge.
  • If you select the wrong deck by accident, you may reveal a card to prove the mistake and restart the game with the correct deck.

Tournament Check-in

  • Opens 1 hour before the tournament starts.
  • Players who fail to check in will be removed from the tournament but may still register late (with a default loss).

Round Check-in

  • Each round has a 5-minute check-in window.
  • If your opponent doesn’t show up within 5 minutes, contact a judge.
  • If your opponent is active in chat but hasn’t checked in, remind them. If they still don’t check in, call a judge.

Swiss Rounds

  • Played as Best of 1 (BO1) matches lasting 20 minutes.
  • Each round includes a 5-minute check-in period.

Top Cut

  • Played as Best of 3 (BO3) matches lasting 40 minutes.

Ties

  • If the 40-minute timer ends and the score is 1–1, the match is recorded as a draw.
  • If the BO3 is completed but results aren’t submitted in time, call a judge and provide a screenshot.
  • If the match ends 1–0 when time expires, the player with one win is declared the winner.
  • In complex cases or disputes, a judge’s ruling is final.

Connection Issues & Turn 0 Situations

  • If the game fails to start, restart it.
  • If a disconnect occurs mid-game, the player with the Victory Screen wins.
  • If you encounter a blank history, no player wins. Take a screenshot and report it in the judge-calls channel.

Contacting Judges

  • Use the Limitless chat only to contact judges.
  • Always take a screenshot of your Victory Screen with a timestamp.
  • If neither player has proof during a dispute, the match will be marked as a Double Game Loss (DGL).
  • If the time difference between players is over 4 minutes, take a screenshot and report it on Discord. The player can then claim a win.

Conduct and Rule Violations

  • Rule-breaking, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in penalties.
  • Be respectful to players and judges at all times.
