Welcome to the Eagles Pokémon TCG Club x Toko Kopi Kota Makmur | Save Indonesia Democracy Special Tournament

We are a Pokémon TCG community based in Indonesia, running offline tournament thrice a week locally. Thanks to Limitless though, now we are truly Limitless! Let's hop on our international tournament! :D

About the Tournament

Save Indonesia Democracy is Eagles Pokémon TCG Club's first online tournament in partnership with Toko Kopi Kota Makmur, a venue at which Eagles hold its event every Friday. This online event was held due to the parliament & government demonstration escalating in Indonesia, making it risky to play offline at the store for the time being. Although held online, this tournament will give out prizes offline. So if you're not based in Indonesia, feel free to play but we're sorry that we can't give out prizes online like we did in our Intercontinental Series

Here is all you need to know about the tournament:

• game format: Standard
• tournament format: (Phase 1) Swiss Rounds Bo1 & (Phase 2) Single-Elimination Rounds Bo3
• duration per game: (Phase 1) 5 + 30 mins & (Phase 2) untimed
• points awarding: win 3 pts, tie 1 pt, loss 0 pt

Number of Rounds Based on Participation

Number of rounds will be determined by the number of participant, as follows:

• 4-8 players = 3 rounds Swiss
• 9-16 players = 4 rounds Swiss
• 16-32 players = 5 rounds Swiss
• 33-64 players = 6 rounds Swiss and Top 4 Cut
• 65-128 players = 7 rounds Swiss and Top 4 Cut
• 129-226 players = 8 rounds Swiss and Top 4 Cut
• 227-409 players = 9 rounds Swiss and Top 4 Cut
• 410+ players = 10 rounds Swiss and Top 4 Cut

Prizes

The prizing structure is as follows for Paid Entries:

• Champion - 1 drafted Kehadiran Juara booster pack + 1 sealed Ikatan Takdir booster pack + 3 Gym Promos
• Runner-Up - 1 drafted Kehadiran Juara booster pack + 1 sealed Ikatan Takdir booster pack + 2 Gym Promos
• 3rd to Last - 1 drafted Kehadiran Juara booster pack + 1 sealed Ikatan Takdir booster pack + 3 Gym Promos

Entry Fee

For players outside of Indonesia, you're categorized as Free Entries and thus the entry fee is FREE. If you're based in Indonesia, you're categorized as Paid Entries and the entry fee is Rp45.000,- (with prizing structure applied only for Paid Entries). In-Game Additional Rules

It is the players responsibility to Check In prior to each game. Failure to do so will result in an automatic Game Loss. If your opponent wants to reset the match due to game error, please call the Judge (please note that a game can be reset only if both parties agree to it).

When time is called the game will be a Tie. If you believe your opponent is "Playing Slowly", please call a Judge as early as possible. The only acceptable forms of proof are clips or full streams of your game or your opponent admitting to playing slowly. You can concede to your opponent to give them the "Win", but if there isn't a recorded result before time is called, it will stay a "Tie". It is strongly recommended to have screenshot proof of any win or tie upon the conclusion of a game. If you leave a game without explicitly stating "time is over, this is a tie" or something similar, it could be perceived as a concession.

Make sure you set your decks on active before the Tournament starts. Wrong decks will be game losses.
