Road to Worlds: Regulation Runbacks [REG A]
Organized by TenkiPK
Scarlet & Violet - Regulation A
Nintendo Switch

Welcome to the Road to World Championships hosted by Tenki!

In this kind of Road Tour, we will experience all the regulations that had spotlight in the Scarlet and Violet era, starting obviously from the Reg A aka Series 1! I think it is a really good mode to get closer to Worlds ending with Reg I. Are you ready?

  • Regulation I
  • Open Team Sheet
  • Best of 3
  • Swiss Rounds depending on the attendance:
    • 16 players or less > 4 Swiss Rounds + X-1 Top Cut
    • 17-32 players > 5 Swiss Rounds + X-2 Top Cut
    • 33-64 players > 6 Swiss Rounds + X-2 Top Cut
    • 65-128 players > 7 Swiss Rounds + X-2 Top Cut
  • Every round has a 10 minute check in (this is the only timer used for no shows) and lasts 50 minutes

BEHAVIOUR AND ERRORS

  • Always check your OTS before the Tournament start. Any error will lead to a Game Loss if proven;

  • When rounds get paired remember to check in: failure to check in will result in a Round Loss. For 2 straight no check in you’ll be dropped from the Tournament;

  • Disconnection may happen but in this kind of tour the rule is as follows: Always take a photo/screenshot of the error code. If one of the two players doesn’t provide the screen will automatically receive a Game Loss.

  • If the code is 2-ALZYA-0010 most of the time it is a Game Server Error, so the game will restart with the same leads. A good suggestion in these cases is to restart the console.

  • If one of the players is temporarily banned from Online Games on Cart, the match can be held in Pokémon Showdown
