A couple PSAs: IN ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL BAN LIST, VILEPLUME UD AND WAILORD & MAGIKARP GX ARE BANNED, AND ACEROLA BUS IS UNBANNED. (Mild regrets about the latter, but it is worth testing...)

THIS FORMAT USES OLD SUPPORTER AND TOOL RULES, WHICH MEANS SUPPORTERS CAN BE PLAYED ON THE FIRST TURN AND TOOLS ARE ITEMS.

THE FORMAT'S LEGAL PROMOS ARE: WP01 - SM157, and SM171 - SM176. NOTE THAT REPRINTS OF THE SAME BANNED CARDS AS PROMOS ARE STILL NOT LEGAL.
