Rules:

• Top Cut (Day 2):
  Format: Single-elimination bracket (single-elim)
  Matches: Best-of-3 (BO3) per match
  Match Time: untimed matches, no check-in required
• Tiebreaker Rules:
  If a Match ends in a tie, players immediately start a tiebreaker game.
  In the tiebreaker, the first player to Knock Out an opposing Pokémon wins the tied match.
  If time runs out before a Knock Out occurs, the match remains a tie.
  Any disputes regarding remaining time or match state should be resolved by calling a judge immediately.
• Intentional Draws:
  Prohibited: Intentionally drawing a match is not allowed in any round.
• Open Deck Rules (Standard Format):
  Players are free to use any decks they like. There are no deck submissions required.. You can switch decks at any time, even between games in the same match.
  That means, in a Best-of-3, you could technically use up to three different decks against the same opponent.
• Mystery Ticket 🎟️ Information:
  Each Mystery Ticket equals one raffle entry for the upcoming $10,000 Tournament Series invitationals.
  There are 128 total tournament spots reserved; 20 spots will be awarded via live Mystery Ticket raffle at the end of the series.

• Check-In Policy:
  Players must check in for each match after round pairings are released.
  Failing to check in results in an automatic match loss.
  If a player is actively playing but forgot to check in, the match result still stands; in such cases, call a judge immediately.
• Technical Issues:
  Game Crashes / Disconnects: If a game crashes, connection drops, or the game freezes, it will result in a loss for the affected player unless play can resume normally.
  Pre-game Issues: If a connection issue happens before the game starts (no turns taken), the match may be replayed. If it occurs during the game, the player shown the Victory screen will be awarded the win.
• Match Reporting:
  Submit match results on Limitless immediately after each match.
  Keep screenshots or recordings of each match in case of disputes.
  Report any disputes or issues via a judge ticket in the Magma Discord.
• Conduct and Fair Play:
  Unsportsmanlike conduct—including insults, harassment, cheating, or any form of rule-breaking—will not be tolerated.
  Penalties for misconduct may range from a game loss to disqualification from the event and potential bans from future events.
• Streaming:
  Streaming or recording your matches is encouraged during the Swiss rounds and required for all players in the Top Cut.
  Stream Sniping: Using an opponent’s live stream or recording for information is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Additional Requirements:
  Card Legality: All cards used must be legal in the current TCG Pocket format.

• Judge Support:
  If any issues arise during a match, use the “Call a Judge” feature on Limitless to get assistance.
  Submit relevant screenshots via the judge-ticket channel on the Magma Discord when reporting an issue.
