INFORMATION
Sets and Promo Cards: Will be considered legal on the day they are available on PTCGL
Swiss Rounds: First Phase of the tournament are considered Swiss Rounds and will be Best of 1 with a 35 minute time limit (Check in Timer of 5 minutes is included in this 35 minute window). Timers must be turned on when playing. Time extensions can be granted with judges discretion.
Top Cuts Rounds: Second Phase of tournament will be a Best of 3 with 55 minute time limit (Check in Timer of 5 minutes is included in this 55 minute window).
Check In Period: It is the players responsibility to check in prior to each match beginning through Limitless. Failure to do so will result in an automatic Game Loss
Screen Shot Your Victory Wins: Unless stated in the chat that you are leaving the game due to time/tie or judge call, we will award the player with the victory screen the game.
Ties: Ties are allowed and grant 1 point and occur when time runs out while your match is still going on. If a game completes before time, but you are unable to enter the result before the timer ran out. Screenshot the game result and request a judge. They will determine based off the screenshot and check-in times if you completed the game before the timer ran out.
In-game Issues: TCGL is pretty buggy sometimes, but due to the nature of a tournament issues such as game freezing, internet issues, device crashing, or any other issues with the client, will have a Game Loss issues to the player. If a card is bugged and abused in a game, contact a judge to resolve the issue. These issues will be resolved on a individual basis by a judge. Otherwise, attempt to finish the game.
Connection Issues When Starting the Game: If the game disconnects Before the first turn (during the set up phase), players will restart the game and attempt to reconnect. If the game disconnects during each players first turns, a "reset" will be made and a judge will walk the players through what to do. A time extension can be granted if needed.
Streaming: Players are allowed to stream their games. It is recommended to have a delay on your stream to avoid "stream sniping" Any advantages gained from streaming from any player can result in match loss. This includes taking play advice from your chat, seeing the opposing players hand, etc. Anything that allows for an unfair advantage.
Contacting Judges: Please do not add judges or organizers on Discord. We will not reply. Use the public discord or the judge call button on limitless.
Tournament Discord: Please join the Tournament Discord to stay up to date with any announcements including schedule changes.
Any player who is found breaking rules, using game exploits, harassment, etc. will receive penalties and possible ban from all future events. This includes entering and playing in the tournament from 2 or more separate accounts on the same night.
Any player who is intentionally slow playing will receive a game loss at the discretion of the judge. Please call a judge As Soon As Possible for slow play.

Swiss Rounds
- 4-8 players = 3 Swiss Rounds
- 9-12 players = 4 Swiss Rounds
- 13-20 players = 5 Swiss Rounds
- 21-32 players = 5 Swiss Rounds
- 33-64 players = 6 Swiss Rounds
- 65-128 players = 7 Swiss Rounds
- 129-226 players = 8 Swiss Rounds
- 226-409 players = 9 Swiss Rounds
- 410+ players = 10 Swiss Rounds + Day 2 Top Cut
Top Cut
- 4-409 players = Top Eight Cut
- 410+ players = Top Sixteen or 24 Point Asymmetric Cut, whichever is higher
