Prior to each match, players are responsible for checking in. Failure to do so will result in an automatic game loss. If your opponent wishes to reset the match, they must initiate the process by contacting the judge.

Upon the commencement of the match, a tie will be declared if the time is called. If you suspect your opponent is “playing slowly,” promptly notify a judge. Acceptable forms of proof include clips or full streams of your game, or your opponent’s admission of “playing slowly.” Conceding to your opponent to grant them a “win” is acceptable, but if there is no recorded result before time is called, the match will remain a tie. It is strongly recommended to obtain screenshot evidence of any win or tie upon the conclusion of a game. If you leave a game without explicitly stating “time is over, this is a tie” or a similar message, it could be interpreted as a concession.

Prior to the tournament’s commencement, ensure that your decks are set to active status. Incorrect decks will result in game losses.

In the event of any of the following issues, excluding but not limited to: game freezing, internet connectivity problems, server issues, game lag, software glitches, or device crashes, the player experiencing the issue will be awarded a game loss if the game becomes unusable. It is strongly recommended to provide screenshot evidence of any win or tie upon the conclusion of a game.

Players are responsible for checking in prior to each match. Failure to do so will result in an automatic game loss. Any issues or problems during a match will be handled by the Tournament Staff. Please utilize the Match Dispute button to escalate any concerns.
