🔔 EVENT INFORMATION & PARTICIPATION

THE SAGA LEAGUE SPECIAL EVENT · NO SEARCH ZONE 🎲 is a unique, one-time special event in the Saga League calendar.

Search cards are suspended and luck plays a bigger role — Trainers will need skill, grit, and a bit of fortune to prevail.

It’s the NO SEARCH ZONE — where victories are earned the hard way.

This event follows the standard NOEX ruleset with a major twist:

➡️ All major search cards are suspended for this event.

➡️ This is a special event — not part of the regular weekly tournaments.

➡️ To participate, all Trainers must join the Discord.

➡️ Brackets, judge rulings, decklist assistance, and giveaways will be hosted in the Discord.

• Submit your decklist via Limitless before the tournament begins.
• You must use the same decklist for the entire event.
• Report any deck discrepancies to a judge immediately.

🎮 TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

🌀 Swiss Phase

• 4 to 8 Swiss rounds depending on attendance
• Best-of-1 format
• 20-minute round timer
• 4-minute check-in timer

🏆 Top Cut

• Single Elimination bracket
• Best-of-3 format
• No timers
• No check-in required
• Players with 12 or more points OR the Top 16 players (whichever number is higher) qualify for Top Cut.

⚖️ SPORTSMANSHIP & RULES

• Maintain respectful and fair conduct at all times.
• No cheating, rule manipulation, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.
• Using unregistered decks or violating stream/judge rules will result in disqualification.

⏰ CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

• Check-in opens 1 hour before the tournament start.
• You must check in on Limitless to participate.
• Check in for every round within 5 minutes of its start.
• If your opponent fails to appear after 5 minutes, notify a judge.

🤝 TIES & INTENTIONAL DRAWS

This is The Saga League: Route Zero #1 — a special, high-stakes title event where all matches must produce a winner. There are no intentional draws or free passes. Only decisive Trainers advance.

• Ties and intentional draws are strictly prohibited.
• If the round timer expires and the score is tied (0-0 or 1-1), the match is recorded as a tie, and both players receive a tie on their record.
• Matches must end with a winner for advancement — avoid relying on the timer.
• If a disconnect occurs, the player who sees the Victory screen is awarded the win.
• If the match ends shortly after the timer and a clear screenshot of the final state or victory screen is submitted immediately in Discord, a judge may overturn the tie and award the win accordingly.

🔻 Always take a screenshot at the end of every match.
📸 Without a screenshot, your win may not be verified.

📺 STREAMING & CONDUCT

• Players may stream their matches with a delay.
• Stream sniping will result in an immediate disqualification.
• Cheating or misconduct will lead to a permanent ban.
• Being banned from the__SAGA's Twitch also bans you from the tournament.

💬 JUDGES & COMMUNICATION

• Use the Discord or Limitless chat for all tournament-related questions.
• Maintain respectful communication; appeals are allowed but must be polite.
• Use unique room codes for matches and always share your in-game name (IGN) with your opponent.
